I am a FTM looking to buy a baby bottle washer. I noticed Grownsy has two different versions of the EaseClean - one is called “Pro” and has a slightly different look and price point. But I can’t find any information on what the difference between them is. Is one better than the other?

My Grownsy bottle washer constantly says it doesn’t have water. Usually I have to lift up the tank at least 5 times to get it to run. This video was taken after 3 previous attempts. Can someone help? 🙏 we got it in March and it’s probably our most used baby item!

Grownsy Quick Fix

Seeing an "E6" error code on your bottle washer? This code indicates a heating malfunction, which may be caused by a damaged heating plate or another internal hardware issue.

1. Check your purchase and usage countries

Make sure the country where you purchased the machine matches the country where you're using it. For example, the U.S. model is designed for 120V, 60Hz power. Using a model with an incompatible voltage may cause problems. If you've been using the machine in a country different from where you bought it, we recommend stopping use to avoid further damage before reaching out to us.

2. Still seeing the E6 error?

The error typically appears with a beeping sound when the machine reaches the sterilizing stage of a wash cycle. If it persists, the issue may involve the heating plate or another internal component. Cleaning the hoses or water filter and restarting the wash cycle may not resolve a hardware fault. Please avoid disassembling or attempting to repair the machine yourself.

hi my grownsy bottle washer is showing an E6 error code and beeping at the of the wash cycle. it seems to complete the wash cycle fine and the water drains completely but the the E6 code and beeping starts nonetheless. This also happens when I run the sterilisation cycle only. I’ve descaled it using a descaling tablet and changed the position of the drainage hose but that hasn’t helped. Any idea what else I could try? I have a 6.5 month old so it is an essential item for me! Thanks.

Mine is currently obsessed with collecting leaves everywhere we go. We have a whole pile at home now.

What is your little one obsessed with lately?

I absolutely love this little machine! Dries everything in 30 minutes, compact enough to take on the go, quiet and doesn’t require rocket science to use.
I take this everywhere with us on vacations or visiting family. Fits so many pump brands! Dries everything the first time so you don’t have to do another cycle! I’ll always recommend if a bottle washer is not in the budget. You can even use just the dryer setting alone!
