Hi y'all,

Long time lurker, first time poster. I've just retired from the military and decided that COTA is my send off gift to myself. I can see the presale tickets on COTA's site and wondered if it's best to snag them now or wait for AMEX's presale? Pros and cons of either?

I have about $5K to spend on the entire trip. I have a place to stay, so I'm really looking to invest heavily into the seating/experience.

I've focused mostly on T12 & 15 as they seem to be the most recommended on here. I welcome any other recs as well!

We’re attending the Mexico Grand Prix this weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and staying in Condesa. I’ve seen a lot of conflicting advice across various threads, so I’d love some insight from people who have been:

Gate opening times: What is the earliest you can enter the circuit each morning? I haven't been able to find a definitive answer online.

Travel from/to Condesa (aiming for 8:00 AM): For an early arrival, do you recommend public transit (Metro) or taking an Uber/taxi? How bad is traffic/crowding that early? What about for returning to Condesa?

Paddock location: Which zone or gate provides the closest access to the Paddock area?

Zone restrictions & amenities: Is it true that the circuit doesn't have a shared general access area, meaning you're strictly confined to your ticketed zone? Does each zone have its own food and merchandise stalls?
