Fat Loss Question Push further? NSFW
Hey guys. Just curious if it’s worth pushing this physique further and getting leaner or if it gets to the point of not being worth it anymore? I want something that’s maintainable long term but not super strict. Cheers

How long did this took you? How much weight did you lose?
I'm not good at eyeing BF% but I would say around 14%?

If you're used to the routine you could keep going some more. as the other comment says. I think I'm more on the time to get huge side of the conv, I think a big chest/arms/forearms/abs combo would look amazing on your frame either way

That's a lot man, nice job. Way to keep your muscles too, maybe the slower fat loss rate helped you there

You look around 11-12% I'd start building man, dropping further is just gonna really start eating muscle for energy. If you plan on bulking now is the time. I naturally sit at 73kg at 9% if I go lower I lose muscle.
Edit just re read your question, if you want more shredded, you can push it to test your genetics, but really weigh yourself daily and get body fat measurements because it's critical you learn when your body starts using muscle as fuel

Keep going until it's unbearable from a lifestyle/feeling perspective and then slowly recover to maintenance calories and hang out there for a bit and then increase calories once you tap out on lifts.
