Very unlike me to post on something like this, but things haven’t been going well for me. Any criticism?

I feel like I am at a cross road moment? I want to keep my partner but also just want to continue having fun with others? How would you approach this conversation?

I don’t get much attention from gay men and I’m not sure if it’s my nipples (they’ve always been perky), being bald, expressing myself in unique ways or maybe Tucson AZ is just not the place to look for connection… sometimes I have a hard time understanding how I come off to people, honest reflection would be nice.

Been really depressed for about 1.5 years since I lost the job that I loved, and currently working at a job that I despise now. I've been gaining weight and haven't gone to the gym in a long time because of it.
