Anyone know where I can buy a luminous blue gitd game boy color shell online?

I have a very specific mod idea for my gbc and I need this specific shell to complete my vision. I am planning on using the glacier blue button replacements from extremerate and combining them with the luminous blue shell because I think the colors compliment each other. The problem that I'm having is that funnyplaying doesn't have the luminous blue shell in stock and I'm struggling to find something that looks similar. Any chance there's a place I haven't looked yet or if I just need to find a whole different style?

I was also thinking about doing this to my gba sp instead, because funnyplaying has a similar shell for that handheld that is in stock, but then I run into the opposite problem where I can't find buttons that match the look of the shell, and extremerate doesn't sell the gba sp glacier blue buttons separately from the glacier blue shell unfortunately.

Almost (if not all) every mod stuff comes from China and have the same quality. You can buy them from a vendor and pay their share, or buy them directly from aliexpress for a bit cheaper.

Btw iirc Funnyplaying used to have a aliexpress store.

Interesting. Since y'all are vouching for AliExpress I'm going to probably buy the gba sp buttons I need from there and mod that instead of having to wait forever to mod my gbc. Besides I think it'd be better to have a gba so I can play more games.

I bought from 4 different ones, all random selected by price and all were almost the same.

The only crappy thing from chinese shells are the poor quality screws. keep the original ones

Extremerate Official Store is my favorite to buy GBC and GBA shells on AliExpress but sadly I don't think they have a luminous bleu shell.

I think https://funnyplaying.com/ have one usually, but it's out of stock right now.

Just to chime in here: I started this hobby (modding game consoles in general) in 2019 and I've ordered hundreds of items from AliExpress at this point. Not once have I been scammed. Cloud Game Store is a shop you can check out but there are dozens of others

Yeah, I know logically AliExpress isn't that bad, it just looks really sketchy which makes me paranoid. I did find glacier blue buttons for the gba sp there, but not a luminous blue gbc shell, so I'll probably go searching for a little bit longer and circle back to AliExpress if I can't find a gbc shell I want.

Yeah I was also thinking about going on ebay to see, also nice mod. What's the type of shell trim that you got anyway? Having a backlit bigger screen would be nicer on my eyes than the oem one.
