Not sure if this is allowed here but the G502 Hero is on sale for CAD 35. might not be as great as the wirless one but I needed a spare mouse just in case.

I’ll admit, I don’t scour the web like most in here do, when I first saw the 502X I was excited to maybe get one, but once i noticed the plastic scroll wheel it was a dealbreaker, aside from everything else about the mouse, the scroll wheel is probably also one of the best things I love about it, I don’t consider it an upgrade to get rid of the solid metal scroll wheel

I have a G502 X mouse on Windows 11.
For weeks now, my sensitivity has been changing on its own (probably the DPI rather than the sensitivity itself).
I'm sure I'm not pressing any buttons. I've also removed every DPI-switching function from the buttons in G HUB, leaving only a single DPI level.
I uninstalled the software, reinstalled it, and then uninstalled it again.
Completely at random, it keeps doubling, in different games, and the change is clearly visible on the desktop too.
I don't have any pointer enhancement enabled, and the Windows pointer speed slider is at the midpoint.
Is really starting to piss me off, games, particularly online shooter are unplayable due to this sudden automated shift in sens/dpi.
I have this mouse for less than a year, is doing this thing for about a month now.
Possible cause and solutions?

Looks bigger than the G309 but I actually like it. The buttons are very useful.

Still getting used to the lighter, wireless mouse. I think I'm going to like it.

Just got a G502 Hero, can't get the three lights between the thumb and left click to stay on. I tried checking the "Always On" box for DPI lighting in the settings, but nothing happened. When I unplug it and plug it back in they turn on for 2-3 seconds then go off, and the "Always On" box is unchecked in settings. Anyone know of a fix for this?

So i took my mouse out for repair, watched a video so I don't do it blind but after i assembly back the dpi button no longer presses, maybe i should mention while i was examining the upper case i saw that the middle plastic part with with the Mouse wheel mode and dpi change button was bending inside, made the mouse wheel mode change button work but the dpi one doesn't anymore, is it screwed for good or maybe i shouldn't worry that much about it

Why they dont create a g502 heavyless? Do you guys advice something like g502 feeling but ligther? what you guys think about it too?

I am experiencing a double-click issue with the G4 button on my Logitech G502 mouse. When I press the button once, it frequently registers two clicks instead of a single click.

I have already tried updating the firmware, reconnecting the mouse, and checking the button settings, but the issue persists.

I’m coming back to WoW after a good break. Before, I bound every button on my G502 to Numpad 1, Numpad 2, etc., with Shift and Alt modifiers layered on top to cover the rest of my spells. The keys were out of the way, I never hit them by accident, and they didn’t trigger system commands. It was clean. You need a ridiculous number of bindings as a warlock, and I much prefer the G502 over something like a razer Naga.

Since then I switched to a wireless tenkeyless keyboard for more desk space, so I no longer have a numpad to bind to. Is there a way to still map those mouse buttons to something WoW can pick up, like custom or unused keys? If not, what are your go-to keys for binding that stay out of the way of normal function keys?

My new G502 X Lightspeed has a really weird right-click. Like its bottoming out on the frame beneath... It's a hollow plasticky clunk sound. Am i the only one with this issue? The left click doesn't have this. It's also really dependent where i click the right mouse with my finger.

I was having an issue on my right click. It was hard to register whenever I pressed my right click. its not optimal.

While checking the setting on our Logitech Ghub I saw this option Lightforce switch and switched to optical only.

Its now responsive again.

I’m currently using a Razer Basilisk Ultimate, but after long-term use the left-click plastic button has wobbly!

For people who have used the newer wireless Basilisk models, especially the "Basilisk V3 Pro 35K" for a long time: has this issue been fixed??
Is the left/right click button mechanism and hinge/mounting structure actually redesigned, or is it basically the same?

I’m looking for a durable wireless mouse for long daily work, design and gaming. What would you recommend?

I really like the ergonomic shape and design of the "Razer Basilisk" and "Logitech G502 X LIGHTSPEED", but I’m worried that I might run into the same problem again, especially with the Razer!
Which of these two would be better for me? Or are there other options from brands like SteelSeries and... that I should consider?

Is the Ghub 40k polling and added features from the latest show only apply to the G502x Plus? Or is open to the Lightspeed too? I've been quietly waiting around for the update to include the new features but don't see them anywhere in Ghub.

Hey guys, I am actively modding the interior of my g502 and i need to be able to access the screws on the bottom of my g502 lightspeed.

I put ptfe dots as skates but they don't glide well at all, i was wondering what did i do wrong.

I really need help since i can't use my g502 anymore it doesn't glide at all even with high quality ptfe dots.
