Hi everyone,
I graduated in 2026 with a B.Tech in Information Technology from tier-2 Delhi, with a CGPA of 8.99. I have been looking for a job since June, but I am barely getting any interview calls. I have given a few interviews, but nothing has worked out so far.
I know the job market is difficult, but I am honestly getting worried about my future. I have a ₹6 lakh education loan, and my father is nearing retirement. I really need to start earning and become financially independent.
I have knowledge of Python, SQL, and basic ML/AI, and I have worked on academic projects. I am willing to learn new skills, but I am confused about what I should focus on because every company seems to ask for something different.
I am open to roles such as software testing, application support, IT support, technical operations, back-office roles, or other entry-level corporate jobs. I am not restricting myself to software development or data analytics.
I have also explored teaching and edtech, but most tutoring opportunities pay around ₹2500 per month, which is not enough for my situation. I have interviewed for BDE/sales roles as well, but I don't want to pursue sales because of the target pressure and the kind of work involved.
I am not expecting a very high salary for my first job. I would be happy to start with around ₹3–5 LPA if the role is legitimate and offers some growth.
I have a few questions for people who have been in a similar situation:
I cannot afford paid courses right now, so I am looking for free resources and practical advice.
I am not looking for shortcuts or a high-paying job immediately. I just want to get started somewhere, earn a salary, gain experience, and build a stable career.
Any genuine advice, leads, or personal experiences would be really appreciated. Thank you.

I'm building Crea8, an early-stage startup in the skincare technology space, and looking for someone to take charge of marketing and growth.
It's a full-time role. 3.5 to 4 LPA + equity (0.3% to 5%). Bangalore preferred, but remote is possible.
A little about the work:
Experience in marketing/growth/sales is a plus, but I'm more interested in how you think and what you've done.
Honestly, this is an early-stage, pre-revenue startup, so the salary is low. The equity is where the long-term upside comes in.
If you’re just applying for startup experience, then this might not be a good fit. If you like figuring things out independently and building things from scratch, I’d love to hear from you.
If this sounds interesting, here is the application link and JD: https://forms.gle/j9xu55oB437SxD836

PySpiders can be a good option for learning software skills and preparing for IT interviews, but you should verify the placement support.

I've been applying for several job openings, but many companies don't respond. Sometimes, it feels like some job postings are just for publicity rather than genuine hiring opportunities.
I'm open to opportunities in any location, so any genuine company names and locations would be really helpful.
Let's help each other out by sharing genuine job opportunities and making the job search a little easier for everyone. ❤️
Thank you so much!

Hi everyone! I'm a 2026 BTech graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ENTC), with a Diploma in Computer Engineering.
I've been actively searching for opportunities but haven't had much luck so far. I'm urgently looking for a paid internship or full-time entry-level role, preferably at a startup where I can learn, contribute, and grow.
I'm open to software development, AI/ML, data analytics, business analyst, QA/testing, or any other suitable tech role. I'm also open to relocating anywhere in India and willing to start with a modest salary for the right learning opportunity.
If you're a founder, work at a startup that's hiring, or know of any openings or referrals, please reach out. I'd genuinely appreciate any leads or help. Thank you! ❤️

Title: Getting ghosted after a final interview is rough for a fresher
I don’t know why companies do this, but here’s my experience as a fresher.
I attended the first interview and made it to the second round. Honestly, the interview went amazingly well, so I was checking my emails regularly, hoping for an update.
After one week, I still hadn’t received anything, but my friend got a rejection email. That made me hopeful that I might still have a chance.
Two weeks passed with no update. In the third week, I sent a follow-up email. No response. In the fourth week, I sent another one. Still nothing.
I even reached out to an employee at the company on LinkedIn to ask about the hiring timeline. They told me it was around three weeks, so I kept waiting, thinking I was still within that timeline.
Finally, at the end of the fifth week, I called HR to ask about my application. The call quality was terrible, and all I could hear was, “Unfortunately, you are not…”
I couldn’t even hear the complete sentence.
At this point, I don’t feel particularly sad about the outcome. But as a fresher who’s already struggling to land a job, being ghosted for weeks and potentially getting rejected without proper closure feels unnecessarily harsh.
I understand that companies can’t select everyone, and rejection is part of the process. That’s fine. But a simple email informing candidates of the decision would make a difference.
I guess the lesson I’ve learned is that, no matter how well an interview goes, it’s better to keep applying and never put your hopes on one company until you actually have an offer in hand.

TL;DR: Offering a remote social media internship for 2 months at ₹10,000/month (1–2 hours/day) for freshers and final-year students. I’ll also guide interested candidates with a Data Analytics/Data Science roadmap to help them work towards landing a job in 3–4 months. Good performance may lead to referrals or opportunities in my sister companies, depending on vacancies. Interested? DM me your resume and a short introduction.
Hey everyone,
I know a lot of freshers are struggling to land their first job right now.
Even entry-level roles seem to require experience, and it can be frustrating when you don’t know where to start.
I thought I’d try to help in whatever small way I can.
I’m looking for a few freshers or final-year students for a 2-month, remote social media internship.
The stipend will be ₹10,000 per month, and the work should take around 1–2 hours a day.
Alongside the internship, I’ll help interested candidates get started with Data Analytics and Data Science.
I’ll share a learning roadmap, explain which skills and tools to focus on, and guide you on preparing for entry-level roles. The goal is to help you work towards job readiness in around 3–4 months, depending on your effort and progress.
If you learn quickly, take ownership of your work, and perform well, I’ll also consider referring you for suitable openings or exploring opportunities in my sister companies if vacancies are available. Nothing is guaranteed, but I’ll do my best to help where I can.
Who can apply?
Fresh graduates looking for their first break.
Final-year students who want some practical experience.
Job seekers who are willing to learn but aren’t sure how to get started.
You don’t need to know everything already. I’m more interested in your attitude, consistency, and willingness to put in the effort.
The internship itself is for two months, but I’d like you to walk away with something more valuable than just the stipend — some experience, useful skills, and a clearer direction for your career.
If this sounds useful to you, DM me your resume and a short introduction about yourself, including what you’ve studied and what you’d like to learn.
If you know someone who might benefit from this, feel free to share it with them.😄

I’ve been shortlisted for an interview for the System Software Engineer – GPU Profiling role.
I’m a fresher with a Master’s degree, and HR mentioned that the interview will primarily focus on C/C++, Operating Systems, and Computer Organization and Architecture (COA).
Since these subjects are quite broad, could you suggest the specific topics I should focus on and prepare thoroughly?
I’m planning to study GPU architecture and profiling in depth, but I’d also like to understand what other concepts are particularly important for this role. Any guidance would be really helpful!

I see people getting 10+ lpa packages so mine will not seem such a big amount but happy to share that I’ve been placed at a mid level startup
Stipend is 20K for 1 year internship and then (6.5lpa) ppo…best part is I will be working from home as the office is nearby so ya
Idk how good of this opportunity is but I’m grateful for getting one offer atleast
Idk but I’m getting scared , people r scaring me about 1 year long internship and also some r saying there is disparity between the stipend and the ppo
So like all the happiness which I had is going away and I’m again spiralling , I couldn’t even sleep yesterday
What would u do in my place
Even after getting an offer I’m not getting peace, I sometimes feel like reddit can be bad for mental health :(
Please suggest me something I’m stressed
