DISCUSSION With GTA6 coming out in only a month, and the album getting revealed slowly but surely, is there any songs so far from it you want one day in Festival?
Honestly there’s been so many bangers so far that they’ve licensed or made for GTA6 I would instant buy
- Last Thing You Need by Morgan Wallen
- Flower In A Hurricane by Justice, Tame Impala, SZA, King Lizard, and King Grizard
- Sexy Magic by CA7RIEL and PinkPanthress
- Devil Woman by Cliff Richard
- Inner Light by Elderbook and Bob Mouses
Those are def my top 5 so far I’d want to see, although idk if the first 3 are even possible (depends if Rockstar controls the licensing or not) but last 2 def are

DISCUSSION 2 weeks till Season 16, what are our final guesses? Mine:
just wanna state some things before I explain my bets. 1- I don’t wishlist guess, I more go off of how Epic has acted in the past to guess how they may react in the future. Just cause an artist is referenced here doesn’t mean I really want them or something. 2- This is mostly for fun, realistically no one will call the headliner
Do wanna make a general bet though beforehand, think S16 will be a band. Year 1 and 2 each had one band season and it seems like epic likes having a bit of a gap inbetween bands. Therefore the chances of a band/group headlining is higher for this season than usual
Now my bets:
1- Babymetal. The japanese market has done considerably well for Fortnite in terms of collabs and artist in terms of sales. That with the fact that BM is the real current Gen Z metal band, good outfits, established relationship with Festival, made top 10, and that they had the biggest metal album drop of 2025. All of that makes me feel like if Epic is gonna go metal for next season, they’re the most likely candidate
They as well are currently ending a world tour and have been doing multiple collabs (Marvel Zombies most notably)
2- Black Eyed Peas. Might seem like a wild guess however it feels a bit suspicious that they don’t have anything yet. Rock The Body became a huge trend last summer, they were the Super trailer song after soon after that, and they’ve been in Rockband games and soon Stage Tour. Keep in mind Dark Thoughts by Tecca also became a trend last summer, then he was a season a year later. With that, and relationship with rhythm games already, wouldn’t be shocked if they’ve been saving for something like a season drop
3- Twenty One Pilots. Reportedly have been interested in skins for awhile, have a good relationship with Festival, highly requested, and had a major 2025 album drop. Not really much else to say or explain
4- Ado. Only non group artist on this list, and it’s mainly because of the upcoming One Piece season. With her doing songs for the anime, and how highly requested she is, on top of the japan market doing well in Fortnite. They might’ve lined it up, however im mainly betting we get our first Ado songs in November
Honorable Mentions: MCR and Weezer
Your guesses?

GAME SUGGESTION Anyone else hoping for Empire of the Sun as headliners?
They are an Australian aesthetic pop duo featuring Nick Littlemore of PNAU and Luke Steele, and in my opinion are super underrated and have some phenomenal songs. Many of you are probably familiar with their song "Walking on a Dream", and one of their songs, which was sampled by Mac Miller for his song titled "The Spins", is already a Jam Track in the game. Their music has also been featured in several Forza Horizon games, and they also created two songs for the film Dumb and Dumber 2.

GAME SUGGESTION South Arcade NEEDS to be added to Festival! We need more modern rock bands in the game.
Hey everyone!
I randomly stumbled upon this band called South Arcade while playing Forza Horizon 6 (their song Drive Myself Home plays on Horizon XS) and I instantly fell in love with their sound.
If you miss that early 2000s rock, pop-punk, and nu-metal energy—think Paramore, Avril Lavigne, or early BMTH—you’re gonna love these guys. They manage to capture that nostalgic vibe while keeping it fresh.
Honestly, lately it feels like Festival gets a ton of pop artists and rappers. Don't get me wrong, that's cool, but rock hits so well in this game mode—just look at how awesome the Metallica season was! Adding a fresh rock sound would be an incredible change of pace.
Tracks like DANGER, HOW 2 GET AWAY WITH MURDER, or stone cold summer would be an absolute blast to play on Pro Lead and Pro Drums.
South Arcade is blowing up super fast right now, and Epic should definitely jump on this while they're rising. It’d be amazing for the younger Fortnite audience to get introduced to them, and I’m sure older rock fans would love them too.
Has anyone else heard of them? Which track would you want to see added first?

GAME SUGGESTION I have an idea for kareoke mode
So, in Kareoke mode, on songs meant to be multiple people's voices, you end up doing them all. My suggestion is to add a duet mode if two or more people are on kareoke so different people sing different parts. Some Jam tracks could include "Somebody I Used To Know", "In The End," "Moves Like Jagger," etc.

DISCUSSION JT Music has confirmed that they were only contacted for a trailer, and not a track or emote at this point. RIP Join Us For A Bite (for now)
if anyone is wondering how this confirms it, it’s because Harmonix when contacting artists for tracks asks for separate tracks of just vocals, drums, etc etc. for charting and loop purposes and are told they are tracks (source: Black Diamond artist)
JT music was only contacted to do a sync and nothing else, so at the time of the trailer at least they were not planned to get any tracks
howevet with the huge reaction that the trailer got they might reconsider and give tracks/emotes
TLT has not commented on anything in case people are wondering
