I now believe I am too old for Fortnite. Artists I donāt know. Collabs of games I donāt know about, anime collab season coming up. Not for me anymore.
Its not an age thing. I just asked my nephew, neither he nor his friends know who this is either. This guy isn't "famous". Barely any musician is "famous" Anymore.
Ubiquitous fame simply doesn't exist in music anymore. Everyone is too segmented in what we listen to, and the radio doesn't decide for us anymore. If they're going to add modern acts, it will always divide people.

Thatās true. But this guy aside, I canāt remember the last time epic games did anything original and fun. Fortnitemares for example used to be the time of year EVERYONE was excited for. Now they stopped using their iconic bosses and POIs so they can make money through collabs instead. Itās super boring and gone down the drain in my eyes. Iāll stick to dead by daylight for now until the ocarina of time reboot releases.

Nobody talks about X because heās been dead for a decade. If he was still alive, putting music out, he would be EXTREMELY famous & would be the topic of many conversations given his controversies. He released what a lot of people consider to be classic music ( which is subject for another debate ) so of course itll have a ton of streams as he blew up during the heyday of streaming.

I think it's pretty obvious that fortnite isn't doing these collabs for the love of the community and they're doing it for the money. Obviously they don't care about what players born before 2000 want because it is 2026. They're not gonna add EazyE because the people born before 2000 want it. They're gonna add Travis Scott because a majority of people who are playing a game in this generation probably know artists from this generation, probably not the people born before 2000
