Does anyone know of a practice space for rent in Fort Collins? We used to practice at Higher Ground when we had a show in town but learned that it closed. Any other options out there for a few hours?

I'm a 29 y/o amateur lyricist/vocalist that's never really had the gumption to insert myself into any relative circles. I've been writing and singing my whole life but it has mostly been something I've kept to myself. I am mainly making this post in an attempt to reach out and connect with others with the purpose of making like-minded friends, bouncing ideas, receiving feedback, and possibly even collaborating if we mesh well.
