The reasons and numbers are explained but you won't accept it because it doesn't fit your narrative.

Here it is: 28 million names flagged as dead, 63 million as permanently shifted, 30 million as absent or untraceable, and nearly 10 million as registered in more than one place.

so you're just going to ignore independent investigations showing how absolutely NONE of those wrongfully deleted voters were actually dead?

how my name in electoral list was quashed, and subsequently reinstated after a few days of filing requests after polling?

and how so many people have come out independently after finding out that their vote was cast by a completely different person already?

Why would I trust "independent" investigators vs the Supreme Court?

1 word: corruption

Theseare the independent journalists giving their rates for the upcoming elections.

Doesn't seem too independent. Corruption is only in the institutions you think?

Exactly. Now, when I'm asking for an actual answer, the dude ran away crying about my tone and manner of speaking. Not surprised at all.

Who would you say determines who's corrupt or not? Not based on anecdotal evidence, feelings, or something vague but hard evidence.

justice system, so in our current context it begs the question: who watches the watchmen

Don't give me vague proverbs and bullshit. If you think the Supreme Court is corrupt, then what is your solution for it? Do you want CJI to resign as well?

Hardly anybody in jndia is on the streets except opposition politicians and their supporters.
Common people are really pissed about opposition taking hostages of capital city for theor useless protest.

Let me summarise the story here :-
The opposition is losing every 8 out of 10 elections because they don’t have any work they can show they have done for the public and now they have accused the government about this deletion of voters without having any solid proof .

And common people don’t really give a f about these accusations bcoz they know how evil the opposition parties are .

Do you have anything constructive to bring to the table? Or are you just going to point out random stuff and think it will make you seem smart?

Why not both?

Changing the selection process for the CEC is enough reason to protest, regardless of the vote chori accusations. Not to mention, reducing powers of the other 2 members of the election commission. They are multiple reports of selective deletions happening in many parts of the country as well.

Why do BJP supporters think that a dictatorship is the path forward towards development? Do you people not value freedom? Or do you think you will be immune from the reaches of an increasingly authoritarian regime?

The process for selecting the CEC where the CJI was part of the panel was temporary, mentioned by the court itself when it asked to get a method formulated to do so, earlier, it was only the prime minister doing so.

No-one reduced the powers of the other two commissioners. Saying that they objected for 14 points and creating unrest about that means that you wanted everyone to simply agree and not object. What is better? Panel having a proper deliberation, having objections and then coming to a unanimous decision, or the whole panel just agreeing with what the CEC said and not objecting to anything? What sounds fishy to you?

Even my name was put into review. I received a notice to bring forward documents to get it into the list, which I did. Similarly, the 13 crores names have been put in review and can be appealed for if there are proper voters who are affected. Also, why hasn't even 1 legitimate person out of the 13 crores not made an appearance yet?

Additionally, ever since Gyanesh Kumar has been CEC, BJP has lost state elections. So are you saying he did it before coming to the position?

I do not seek dictatorship at all. But all I am asking is that you fight it on merits and as per the due process. Simply shouting the loudest doesn't get you shit anywhere.

You think raga can get to be pm just by begging for it? What has he done to earn it? Why do they wish to strong-arm the constitutional bodies for no fucking reason? Simply because he didn't win 99 elections?

And what freedom are you talking about? Have you seen the news about protestors in congress ruled states? They were arrested/detained by the police. Who is it under? Congress. Students in punjab were hosed down by water guns for simply protesting.
They didn't even create agitation like the cockroaches in Delhi did.

Congress has abandoned this nation and you are stupidly blind to notice this. They haven't produced one single piece of paper to substantiate their claims. "The proof is evident" says the failure. No different than "The proof is all over social media".

The dude has few of the highest paid advocates who regularly visit the supreme court, but somehow he botches the case up with stupid moronic mistakes. And with what prayers mentioned in the case? Things that are already happening.

Do you truly believe that rahul gandhi, with the few of these daily practicing advocates doesn't know about the concept of burden of proof? "You allege, you prove it". It's that simple. But what does he say? "You prove to us that you didn't do vote chori" bhai, you a chutiya(talking about raga here)? What kind of sense does this even make to anyone?

He is asking the chief justice of India to meet him regarding a matter that is subjudice(ongoing case in a court of law) and when the cji refuses to meet him because of conflict of interest, raga demands that cji must resign? Again, is he a chutiya? Is this what he is paying his advocates for?

Is this what the people actually need? That a failure of a moron keeps trying to fuck around with an established system and disrespect it time and again, and he should be rewarded with the seat of the prime minister? Are you actually for real? Is this who you want as your pm?

The selection was supposed to be changed to make it impartial. Now, it's partial again - giving BJP an advantage.

There were allegations that many of those directives were carried out despite the 14 objections. It's not something to be glossed over.

RaGa/ Congress being incompetent doesn't mean that the current government gets a free pass. They should be held accountable when they make mistakes. BJP isn't exactly known for being corruption free either.

The way the protestors were handled by the police was also unconstitutional. Many were manhandled and injured despite being peaceful.

What about public transport being suspended? And de notification of Jantar mantar as a protest site and replacing it with far worse options?

The BJP is full of blubbering idiots as well and yet you think they're a better option? They're openly sexist/casteist and anti - minority. A single party ruling for decades with arrogance is of no good for a country.

Indian society has also changed for the worse ever since this party came into power. Hate crimes have increased. Press freedom has decreased. There's more censorship. The country is headed in the wrong direction and the way this protest was handled is a good example of it.

Rahul Gandhi may be an idiot, but it's hard to compare when Modi is too afraid to even attend press conferences and answer questions
