Hello Sir, I see 3 solutions:

  • You install a MQTT server in between your ESP32 and your Flutter app. The app Will subscribe to the topic in the MQTT broker and the ESP32 Will send the data to the topic
Pros: better with multiple ESP32 in the future
Cons: need an additional server in between both devices
  • Connect via bluetooth. Flutter has a bluetooth lib and Arduino too.
Pros : fast, simple with the bluetooth module.
Cons: low range
  • Install a webserver
Pros: Can be installe in the ESP32 I think
Cons: required to be connected to a network

If I were you, I would start with bluetooth, otherwise MQTT otherwise HTTPServer

Ooh yeah Blue tooth would be good but I was sticking with WiFi because of distance tho it's a good idea I Will take it into consideration.
