L50 in brass!!!!

Well not quite. I just swapped the brass battery tube from my Z1 Artemis as they are interchangeable. Wearing the headlamp right now (shown in pic with the Desert Sand head / brass battery tube). Definitely not too heavy and I actually like the extra weight. Let's hope Jack makes this happen. Also copper would be great. Also don't leave out the L60 and L70 as they need some brass and copper love and I've been bugging Ivy and Fiona about it since their introduction, as well as a couple of times letting Jack know about this request last year when the L50 was introduced.

They should consider doing a 18500 or 18350 tube for them if they're interchangable, they would be absolutely tiny in that form

Yeah I would wish they would make a 18350 tube for the L50, and maybe an adapter tube to fit the L60/L70 to make them shorter.
