One policy of my predecessor that I really supported was her enactment of a law requiring free males to abide by Locktober.  That law remains on the books today and I have no intent of changing it.  Unfortunately, with the MIS Vice Squad focused on other Locktober-related law enforcement priorities (which still remains a problem, ugh!), I cannot turn to them to make sure free males are abiding Locktober rules.  But then I remembered my sister had a sycophantic, spoiled, obnoxious, useful force to enforce the law: The Cadets!

The Cadets were very good at this sort of thing.  So, I will be relying on them for this, just like my sister did.  Any free male stopped by the Cadets for random strip searches and inspections is required to comply.  Any free males resisting inspections or caught breaking the law will be subject to the full mercy of the Cadets.  If you think being chastity free is worth the risk, let me assure you it is not.  The Cadets specialize in brutalizing loser lawbreakers like you.  They will not hold back.  Consider yourselves warned!
