An elderly man at my local KFC came in and ordered two pieces of dark meat and two pieces of white meat. Not sure if this is a normal way of ordering chicken, since I’m not a big chicken eater. When the young employees handed the man his order, he became immediately confrontational over receiving two pieces of dark meat, a piece of white meat, and a chicken wing. The elderly man reiterated his order several times to the confused employee, before insisting that he had received three pieces of dark meat. When the employee expressed his confusion, the man told him that the chicken wing was dark meat. The employee informed him that the wing was, in fact, white meat, to which the customer disagreed. Man continued to insist that the wing was dark meat, claiming that “everyone in the world knows that”. The employee, looking extremely uncomfortable, left to get his manager. The elderly man goes on to argue the same case to the manager, reinforcing his strong stance that he had received three dark meats. The manager takes the same view as the employee, to which the man repeats that “everyone in the world” knows the wing is dark meat. The elderly customer finally gave in, walking away while mutter how that was the most ridiculous thing he’s ever heard.

I was under the impression that the chicken wing was a white meat. One google search, and this was confirmed, the wing is, in fact, white meat.

Ordered Subway on the app a while ago and accidentally hit the toasted option because the new layout had me confused. When I picked it up, I told the guy I never get my subs toasted, but he wouldn't remake them. Whatever, my bad for clicking the wrong button, so I just took them home.

Got home, opened them up, and realized the entire order was just flat out wrong anyway—not even talking about the bread being toasted, just totally messed up toppings and build.

So I drive back to get it fixed. I hand them over, and instead of grabbing fresh meat, the dude literally starts tearing the meat off the sandwiches I brought back to reuse it for the remake.

I got pissed and told him absolutely not, make them with fresh meat. He hesitated, said he had to call his manager, and after arguing about it for way longer than necessary, he finally just made fresh ones.

I took the L on my app mistake the first time, but stripping meat off food that left the store and sat in someone's car/kitchen just felt insane to me.

Hi everyone

I was eating my lunch today at the Lucky Corner on Elizabeth St which is a buffet style restaurant (food paid by weight)

And when I took a bite of their deep fried chicken it was raw inside.
I spit it out and let the lady know however I checked another dish (TomYum Chicken) and surprisingly that was also raw.

They offered me a few fresh pieces of chicken however I declined and they gave me a free drink.

I’m worried what will happen if I get sick as I don’t want to Ofc.

I’m not sure what to do, however I should let everyone know.
If there is an Aus food channel I’ll post it there.

I work at a fast food restaurant, and I genuinely can't believe how gross people are. Today, we had a man go into the bathroom and leave his tidy wideys on the hook next to the toilet, a condom and a c*ck ring on the floor next to the trash can. Like, dude, you diddle your pickle in a public family restroom and can't be bothered to clean up your mess after? The worst is that this isn't the worst story I have, the hell is wrong with people?!

I have worked as a crew member at mcdonalds for 4 years throughout uni. Recently i moved to a different store closer to my home and i was looking forward to a fresh start since my old place was full of rlly awful people who kinda outcast me. I was kinda nervous to start fresh but i know all stations very well so i thought i’d be okay. I was not. It started out great, I was put on my favourite station and was doing well, chatting and being friendly to my new coworkers. My break came along and i collected my free food then quickly dipped behind the counter to grab a dip. For context, this was TOTALLY FINE at my old place, nobody ever told u not to. But this time, an old lady manager SHOUTED my name across the kitchen then urgently came running, shouting at me to NEVER go behind the counter on my break, that i wasnt allowed and WAGGED HER WRINKLY MFN FINGER IN MY FACE. She told me off like i was a badly behaved toddler. after my break i apologised to her and explained that rules at my old place were different so i didnt know, but it wont happen again. For the rest of the shift she ignored this fact, nagged me and questioned my every decision, knowing damn well i had no idea about these super specific rules. I have no issue following rules, its my job, but to be hounded in such a disgustingly rude and demeaning manner left me in tears when i got home. In all 4 years ive never been so disrespected. I have a new job lined up elsewhere, but i have to complete a few more shifts with this Witch. Any advice on how to handle her and who to complain to if i want to be extra petty? i dont take disrespect lightly. thanks

Me and my roommate went out for late night McDonald’s and I was driving back to our dorm when my roommate asked me to pull over and turn on the lights in my car. As we turned on the lights we saw that his half eaten burger was fully raw. I asked him how he didn’t notice and he said it was too dark and he was too hungry, boys right? I will never patronize Zaffron in downtown San Antonio. They charged me 5 dollars for one piece of naan and this is more than the price in London England. Do not go there. They changed their name but not their game.

i went to the macs nearest my house for dinner alone and i bought a $5 mac savers meal. when i was eating and scrolling tiktoks on my phone, some malay child ran over to my table and start to dig through my fries. Like messily, until all my fries were all over the tray. she didnt stop even when her mum told her to, and her mum had to forcefully carry her away. She started throwing a tantrum after. her mum chuckled when she saw this n said sorry in a jokingly matter. Although the fries were worth like $2-3, i think this ruined my entire experience at macs tdy n i had no appetite. i tot that they would atleast pay me back for the fries bc obv i cant eat it anymore ryt? but no they did not. i didnt wanted to be so stingy and demand compensation as it is just a little kid, but i think it rlly shows alot abt their parenting. gen enraged me sb pls control ur kids who told yall it was normal to eat greedily out of a strangers food??
