The new law is in effect from 6th November. IMO it is unlikely to affect us on Fansly because the listed material is against TOS anyway. However I do wonder if Mommy/Stepmon niches might be affected in any way? Although my understanding from looking more in to this is that - we can refer to ourselves as Mommy/stepmom in adult content that does not insinuate actual relatedness or insinuating someone to be under 18. But there is conflicting information. I might contact Fansly support to see if they can offer any advice for the platform in particular for English and Welsh creators

Greetings! This account was shadow-banned for several weeks. All my previous posts were also deleted automatically in that process. I appealed multiple times. After giving up hope, I started another account, which had been gaining karma gradually. Now, this account seems to be randomly un-banned without any notice.

My question is, what are the best strategic moves here? For example, should I convert one of the accounts to personal use only? Re-post some of what was auto-deleted with the new account or this one? Is a previous shadowban the Mark of Shame for all future posts?? Thanks!

If I don't toggle the poll permissions, will it be available to non followers/subs to view & participate? I currently only have access to my data on my phone (5G+) and do not have access to any WIFI - I’m not entirely comfortable going to a library to use their WIFI to upload my content lol. Too NSFW.

When I try and upload media from my IPhone Photos Library to my Albums and Media Vault, I keep getting stuck at the arrow to confirm upload. I’ve tried resetting my phone, switching from Safari to Chrome, etc. and it hasn’t stopped.

When I tried to upload a different video than my Fansly content from my iCloud, it seemed to upload, but I can’t view or watch the video. My phone is also taking a long time to actually upload to my iCloud (most likely because I’m only using my data)

Does anyone have any advice? Is it harder to upload content using data? Can content only be uploaded in a fast manner using WIFI?

Any advice on how to solve this would be appreciated!
