Fallout 3 HELP SAVE FILE NOT LOADING UP

I was playing Fallout 3 and then my PC crashed, I tried to load the save after the crash and it just says that the save file is outdated and that the savefile version is -1 and the current version is 48, please help, I'm almost finished with the main story

First of all, turn off all auto-saving, it tends to corrupt games badly.

Second, load the save prior to the one that's failing to load. If that fails, go back one more. Repeat until it loads, or you run out of saves.

Plus auto save is the reason of some crashes
