Is there a trick to getting bamboo sheets soft again after a few washes?

My bamboo sheets were very soft at first, but they started feeling stiffer after several washes. The set is from bedsure, and I may be using the wrong detergent or drying temperature. Is there a reliable way to restore the softer feel?

Where to sell non woven fabric?

We offer various types of non-woven fabrics, including thermally bonded non-woven fabrics, cooling-effect non-woven fabrics for face masks, materials for tea bags and drip-bag coffee, as well as non-woven fabrics for desiccant packets. Could anyone advise on where to find the right target customers for these products?

Looking for true dead stock distributors in LA

We are actively seeking reputable wholesale distributors, jobbers, and liquidators based in Greater Los Angeles specializing in true deadstock natural textiles.
What we are sourcing:
Fibers: 100% Cotton, 100% Linen, and Cotton/Linen blends (wovens preferred across mid-to-heavy weights).
Condition: True, finite surplus—mill overruns, cancelled production runs, and vintage archival rolls.
Requirements & Clarifications:
No continuous re-order lines: We are strictly looking for finite stock that will not be reproduced or re-milled under a "sustainable deadstock" label.
Volume: Ready to purchase by the bolt or full lot depending on inventory availability.
Location: Preference for suppliers located in the Los Angeles area for local swatch evaluation and immediate pickup/freight coordination.
If you carry authentic lots or can provide a direct introduction to established liquidators or jobbers in the LA Fashion District/surrounding hubs, please reach out via DM

If there is anyone, who has any techniques or any good knowledge about textile or someone who works in textile industry. I'd love to know if there are any simple ways to check the fabric quality before buying

Would dry-clean-only care make you reject a fabric you otherwise love?

A fabric can have exactly the drape, texture and colour you want, but then the care instructions make it impractical for the garment.

I work in garment manufacturing in Dongguan, China, so I tend to think about care requirements during fabric selection. I’m curious how people making clothes for themselves weigh that trade-off.

For an everyday shirt or pair of trousers, would you choose a less appealing fabric that you can wash at home, or accept dry cleaning to get the look you want? Would your answer change for a coat or an occasion outfit?

If you’ve made something that ended up rarely worn because looking after it was too much trouble, what was the fabric and what would you choose differently?
