Fable II Fable 2 Chicken Suit and Dolls
Is anybody able to help with this these days? One of the last few achievements I need to 100% and it's driving me mad. I'll pay it forward!
Edit: I'm on 360 if that matters

Discussion The Commoners Tale (expansion idea)
Replaying fable 2 and had an idea for a possible expansion and wanted to see people’s thoughts about it, or if I’m just losing the plot lol.
So this expansion would place you in bowerstone, you’d select your character and be dumped on the streets to survive. It would feature a thirst, hunger and sleep system, the economy would be reworked so jobs pay less, you have to get an opportunity to actually get them in the first place (friends with the owner), or start with really low paying jobs. Houses and businesses cost a lot more, as well as food.
The goal of course would be to get yourself out of poverty, you start sleeping on the streets and eating cheap unfilling food. This means your character gets tired faster so you can work less, eventually you can rent a room in an inn and get better sleep, so can stay awake longer, and then of course buying your own house, a business and living a comfortable life.
I’m just bored at work and thought about this idea since I want to do a beggar playthrough in the future

I got chills guys!
I am so stoked about the upcoming game release! Been thrilled since I first heard about it, but didn’t realize there was a new trailer until today. I got chills of exhilaration and some little wet spots in the corners of my eyes. I know it sounds dumb to be so excited about a game, but Fable was the first real game that I fell in love with and I played it over and over. Well done team! Anna, Ralph, and Trevor I hope you know how much I love you!

Fable II Fable to hooked me in
Fable 2 was one of my first Xbox games and with the new fable game coming out soon. I decided to dust off the old game case and put it in. The plan was to just get back into the feeling of the fable universe, run through the main quest and take some pics. Instead, I ended up finishing every quest, unlocking every expression, and searching for every treasure chest, I can.
There’s a lot of stuff I missed because I didn’t have the guides or I didn’t think to check a spot out, a man I ended up doing more than I ever planned on, and I’m still on my first hero. Hopping back into fable two really reminded me why I fell in love with the series, though I don’t think I’ll be playing fable 3, it was a good game, but definitely the weakest of the trilogy and the late game sucked.
Trying to mix and match all the hero disciplines and then take a final screenshot of my heroes. Until the new game comes out, this is my Albion for now.

Fable 2 help
last several times I've tried to play fable 2 (x box series s at this point, previously on xbox one, download not disc), it freezes while I'm at Bower Lake for the first time. I uninstalled and reinstalled. last time I tried was like a year ago, 3 attempts total. have they supported any updates for fable 2 since then? anyone experience this/ have any tips on how to play it? I can still play TLC and 3 all the way through.

Older than your older sibling
Is there an in universe explanation for why the hero of oakvale is physically older than his older sister in the first game? In my head canon, I always thought the Guild Crest aged you prematurely, the more you upgraded your powers... Which is basically exactly what the in game mechanics do.
Fable 2 - Dollcatcher Achievement
Trying to get this achievement but seems the fable2.com website has been taken down, making getting the hero doll impossible. Not sure if I should be asking on here but quite eager to get the base game finished. Any kind souls out there that could lend a hand with all dolls aside from Theresa I would be grateful! Fable II Giving The Rammer A Couple Shots
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
"The modern Hero uses GUNS!"
That's what the NPC's say, and that's why I never really appreciated The Rammer when I first got it. My past self stands corrected. It's a decent weapon. Its base damage dwarfs the pistols Blade usually uses, but without the devestating augments he usually has.
I have to admit, there's only a few ways to die that's worse than a bolt to the boys from a crossbow called The Rammer. It's an unsavory way for a man to go, but bandits deserve nothing but the best.

Fable II A Westcliff Welcome
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Whenever I feel like walking into a town and causing some mayhem to establish myself as the Meanest Bastard In Charge, I call it a Westcliff Welcome. A pod of puking pissheads at the gate became the perfect example of this almost immediately. This evil Hero, Executioner, is just the right Hero for this type of work. She's absolutely soulless, yet so great with children.
A few townsfolk may die, but it is a risk she is hoping to take. Watching them part like a quiet, dark sea before her is the result we're looking for.
Results may vary in Bloodstone..

Question Do Heroes of Skill have super speed?
I was on VSBattle, and on the Hero of Oakvale's profile, it says his speed should be superior to Reaver's, who set the ground ablaze from the friction of his movements. I don't recall him doing that in any of the games. It also says all the protagonists have Hypersonic speed and reaction; is that true in the lore?

Stoked
Guys, I had to join this group and talk to someone about how absolutely stoked I am to play this game. Fable was one of the first games I played on the original xbox and I am so fired up to play this. The timing is working out perfectly too because I will be having my second kid in January so I will be on paternity leave when the game releases. Meaning that when the baby goes to sleep I will be free to grind this new fable every day.

Question Collectors Edition Orders?
Hello,
Did anyone manage to grab a copy of the Fable Collectors edition from the Xbox EU store?
I only ask as I went to check my confirmation email to see if there was a delivery date estimate but I cant find it. Went to check the site for my order history and thats empty too.
Credit card shows a successful transaction though.
Anyone had a similar experience?
Worried I may have paid for a non existent order

more progress on Fable Legends revival: Hero Tutorial stage
crazy how one modder is bringing back the game with just the beta content despite microsoft terminating the beta before it could even officially release out there to the masses. for those who kept the game on their xbox or missed out on the beta release of the game. you're in for a treat after the modder finish reconstructing the beta

Fable III Is Elliot regifting the furniture I bought?
i seem to have the fable 3 glitch where the furniture reverts to its initial state even after you replace it and it’s led to a silly encounter.
i bought a luxury dining table (among other luxury items) for the hunting lodge which is our temporary home while I prepare for the darkness. When I came back all the luxury furniture was decorative quality again and Elliot had 2 gifts for me. The first was a random piece of clothing but the second was a luxury dining table. wtf Elliot? Are you packing up our furniture and regifting it to me?
