Questions lubrication changes with both ovaries removed

hey folks!!! i'm in the process of getting a total hysto, and i wanted to ask the folks here who had both ovaries removed what your experience was with lubrication

/wetness changes???

i really enjoy how wet i get since going on t, and would hate to lose it if i remove both ovaries (which is what i'd prefer), so i'm just looking for any personal experiences to help me decide 😁😁😁

Questions Will it ever feel the same 😿 NSFW

I’m 2 in a half months post op, total hysterectomy, with ovary left behind. 10 years on HRT, hormone levels stabilized overall. I’ve never had an issue with my trans identity while engaging in penetrative sex vaginally. I’ve always been a fan and those two realities have coexisted in my life fairly well. I’ve since getting the ok from my doctor, I’ve had sex twice and honestly, there was a noticeable lack an internal sensation.
Does anyone have experience with this and will sex ever feel as it once had prior to surgery.

Questions How soon post-op did you go back to working out?

My surgeron said 6 weeks but I feel like that's an unnecessarily long time. I'm currently 3 weeks post-op and I feel completely normal, I already felt just fine after 1 week and I've been physically active (walking, working, carrying small weights) after week 2.

I'm thinking about giving it one more week to round it up to a month and start with light exercise rather than heavy lifting or intense workouts. Even if the cuff wasn't fully healed, doing arms and legs shouldn't cause any problem right?? Anything I should avoid?
