No Spoilers - Help What am I missing?

I've finiished everything here as far as I can tell. But I'm trying to get the last materia from Chadley, and I'm 10 data points short on getting it.

it's probably the intel from the protorelic stuff, you need to actually start that questline for the points to show up

they have all 4 protorelics, they just didn't do the hard ones yet.

I think it might be the final battle intel thing. Y'know, like the super hard boss for every region. For Cosmo Canyon, I think it's the Jabberwock.

Did you do the covert intel combat assignment against the Jabberwock?

Since other people have forgotten, when you finish a Protorelic line that has a hard mode, it shows 0/4 for Hard Mode as an optional thing.

Like, the game difficulty? Can I not get materia completion isn't without playing on hard mode?

Yes, the game difficulty. The hard mode is entirely optional.

From the comments I'm getting, it sounds like this will become available at some point in the story, so I'll just play until I get there.

Oh yeah, i think it’s at the same time the last quest, unlocks, something like “can’t stop, won’t stop”
