Aurora I get, but why Smyrnos and Jurah? I have nothing against the latter two but they feel so out of left field since they have little to no presence in the story. I feel like Mars and Kalla would have made more sense. Even Credna would make more sense, but I get they didn't want to spoil his design for those who are still playing through Part 1.

Just like how we have Guzran, Sofia, Yang Jie and Catania, these four remain as kind of outliers as mercenaries, presumably because they were meant for the other Lords. Now the Lords are coming, where to put them?

I think the most obvious is Peppe being with Bertrand, him randomly appearing as the opponent in Bertrand’s paralogue seemed like IS hinting at him being the default recruit planned there.

The others are completely up in the air.

A lot of these just genuinely look better and fit the setting better than the standard version imo.

What do we think his crit quotes are gonna be? I'm hoping cat puns:

The tough to recruit characters were other competitors’ core followers, especially Bertrand.

I believe after the DLC is out, providing they don’t include other characters in the mix, you would only have to recruit 1-2 characters per part 1, and it’s going to be those side characters you fight once and forget about.

Happy we can try the other routes out though! I think I will lead with Anatolia. I want to turn Bobby Hill looking Dadao into an absolute monster
