First Real Look at the Eifel GP (Nürburgring) inside of F1 Manager 2024.
as you can see, some textures are still pretty raw or unpolished and some corners need some refinement in terms of speeds and lines, but all of that will be fixed by the time the first test comes around. The biggest challenge is actually getting the lines to work properly and making the races enjoyable to watch. All the other stuff is pretty easy to handle.
I'll be hosting another quiz of sorts later today, where another one of you will have the chance to participate in the Closed Test. If you Guess Right, sometime next week you'll receive a build featuring all the cars, three new tracks, and the actual database, which I've put a lot of time into to make it accurately reflect the 2020 season.

The way is to maintain neutral, top up ERS throughout the lap, and before last corner, turn ERS to deploy (of course ERS battle assist on). You will get a lot of escaping acceleration and make many overtakes. With this, driver will deploy 0.8-1.0 in last corner, I made 15 position climbs in Monaco (P20 to P4)
Total battery usage: 1.4-1.6 deploy throughout the lap, 0.8-1.0 deploy in last corner, total: 2.2-2.6 usage. Battery recovery: 2MJ per lap. So you can use this for many laps
Maybe will be great for winning cars got grid penalty or starting from pit lane…?

So I’m not really a pro when it comes to modding, however I have the F1 26 mod already installed for this game, however I recently found out there’s a mod for the 2013 season and now I wanted to know how I can install that mod, without compromising anything for my F1 26 play through. I would assume that whenever I want to play the 2013 mod, I could just copy all the files from the 26 mod, create a new folder and transfer the files into the new folder in the meantime and vice versa, however I am not sure if that would work, or if there’s an easier option, which is why I wanted to ask you guys

You might remember a few posts I made a few weeks ago. I scrapped the idea of REV as it was a very restricting broadcast style which played the engine sounds by controlling the volume. I have decided to try FMOD!
This mod lets you change each team’s engine sound using a simple app. The preview features RB9 (By kudos_kudos on overtake) and McLaren MP4-23 V8 sounds (By Fisherman)
How does it work?
It runs engine audio through FMOD inside F1 Manager 24, using live car data to control revs, throttle and gear changes. It supports onboard, trackside and helicopter views, including positional sound and fly-bys.
How do you add sounds?
Drop a compatible .bank file (Which can be found in games like Assetto Corsa!) onto a team in the app, along with its matching GUIDs.txt when available. The bank contains the sound recordings and instructions for blending them; the GUID file helps identify the correct sound events.
The app checks playback before applying the sound. If the source car’s RPM information isn’t included, it asks for its normal upshift RPM. You can also adjust each team’s volume and how far its sound carries.
The aim is to make changing engines straightforward without manually rebuilding game audio files.
This is still a beta. The showcase is V8-only, and compatibility and sound quality are still being refined, but it works with other engine layouts. Not every bank will work correctly, and importing a sound doesn’t change the car’s performance or gearbox.
RB9 and MP4-23 are the planned included sounds, with author permission. Other compatible engines can be imported separately by users.
Coming soon, feedback is welcome!
Please don't criticize my game performance, I'm in a lecture so I need my laptop to shut up. :)

For some reason, when I tried to release the previously mentioned test version of the formation lap mod on overtake.gg, the upload link was missing.
It turns out that restrictions were put in place because of nuisance users repeatedly posting malware spam.
I saw a notice saying the feature would be re-enabled on Monday, but that turned out to be untrue; the situation remained unchanged even on Tuesday.
This has made it difficult to distribute racing game mods.
However, since my mod is fortunately small in size, I was able to successfully upload it to Google Drive.
https://reddit.com/link/1x4xp8d/video/yj1u86qpr8vh1/player
This is the formation lap for the red-flag standing restart—a feature that was incomplete in the previous version.
I have also simulated the pre-start procedure for the 2026 regulations.
Key constraints include using the pre-2024 regulation for pit-lane starters, and the absence of safety car starts or rolling starts.
Although these are primarily visual mods—designed to reset elements like tire wear—they may contain numerous bugs I am unaware of.
I hope the atmosphere they create makes up for any such issues!

I am on console. I know there is a mod to limit driver confidence effect. What would be a realistic driver preparation percentage to reach to get a similar effect?

Hi everyone,
I'm making a mod for F1 Manager 2024 on Steam using UE4SS, and I'm looking for help from anyone experienced with UE4SS, Unreal Engine 5.1 or F1 Manager modding.
I want to automate ERS deployment and harvesting only, while keeping these controls manual:
I don't want full AI control of the car.
ERS_Smart_AutoBP_BaseCar2022_Actor object using the global FindFirstOf.CarData property. When I try to read fields such as ERSBatteryChargePercentage, ERSChargeAmount, ERSDeployAmount and ERSState, the values appear as UObject wrappers rather than readable numbers.
My object dump lists these ERS fields under /Script/RaceSim.CarData, with the following offsets:
ERSBatteryChargePercentage: 0xDCERSChargeAmount: 0xE0ERSDeployAmount: 0xE4ERSState: 0xE8I have tried accessing the fields through the Lua object wrapper, but haven't found the correct way to read the underlying values.
CarData UStruct or struct-property wrapper?I have an object dump and UE4SS logs available if needed. I'm trying to keep the mod read-only until I can verify the correct APIs.
Any help, code examples or pointers to existing mods would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
My aim is to release ERS_Smart_Auto publicly for the F1 Manager 2024 community once it's working reliably and has been properly tested. I'd like it to be easy to use and to automate ERS only, without taking control away from players over race pace, tyre management, fuel or pit stops.
If I can get it working safely, I'd love to share it with other players who would find it useful. I'm happy to credit people who help with the technical side.

The 2017 Formula 1 season has reached its halfway mark after ten thrilling races, presenting a competitive championship battle. At the top of the Drivers' Standings, Lewis Hamilton leads the way with 178 points, holding a narrow four-point margin over Kimi Räikkönen, who sits in second place with 174 points. Sebastian Vettel remains firmly in the title hunt in third position with 164 points, ensuring a formidable challenge from Scuderia Ferrari, while Valtteri Bottas occupies fourth place with 103 points. In the Constructors' Championship, Ferrari commands the lead with 338 points, keeping a solid fifty-seven point cushion over Mercedes-AMG Petronas at 281 points. Räikkönen started the year strongly with twenty-five points in Australia and expanded his tally steadily, while Hamilton executed an impressive mid-season surge, rising from fifty-eight points after Russia to ultimately seize the championship lead following the race at Great Britain.
Without question, the undisputed revelation of the championship has been Uriel Blanco behind the wheel of the Toro Rosso. Blanco occupies fifth position in the Drivers' Championship with 93 points, consistently outperforming several drivers from top factory teams. His scoring streak across the first ten Grand Prix has been relentless, advancing from fifteen points in Australia and reaching ninety-three points after Great Britain. Together with Carlos Sainz's eleven points, Toro Rosso sits fourth in the Constructors' Championship with 104 points, narrowly edging out Force India at 102 points.
On the other hand, Red Bull Racing represents the biggest disappointment among the top teams, holding third in the Constructors' Standings with 108 points, trailing leader Ferrari by 230 points. Daniel Ricciardo sits sixth in the Drivers' Standings with 74 points, while Max Verstappen has suffered a tough campaign filled with bad luck, leaving him down in eighth place with 34 points after remaining stuck at twenty-six points between Canada and Austria. Red Bull´s biggest problem isn´t the pace because they are not that far away from Ferrari and Mercedes, but they reliability cost them too many points, both Verstappen and Ricciardo sufferd reliability problems in half of the races. In the tight midfield fight, Force India remains highly competitive with Sergio Pérez in seventh position on 72 points with a podium in Baku and Esteban Ocon in ninth with 30 points. Haas holds sixth in the team standings with 45 points, supported by Kevin Magnussen's 29 points in tenth place and Romain Grosjean's 16 points. Further down, Renault sits seventh with 14 points, Williams Racing follows in eighth with 13 points, McLaren occupies ninth with 5 points courtesy of Fernando Alonso, and Sauber closes the standings with zero points.

Pretty self explanatory, the biggest championship comeback I’ve ever done is closing a 73 point deficit. I was very lucky the title became a four horse race near the end so no one could pull away. The final race was double points but all my rivals forgot how to drive so it didn’t matter.

been abit quiet these past few days, anyways heres some of the new progress, please read below!
All Cars now Present
Teamkits
Custom Sound on all Cars
Addition of roughly 750 Singular Voicelines. (Vettel, Raikonnen, Grosjean - furthermore)
New Tyremodel (the previous werent bigger on one side, i saw that comment it was just from angulation by the suspension travel)
To answer some Questions:
Will this Mod be Free?:
Yes, free for all - Please read the Rest!.
Are all of these Models Custom Made/Made by Me:
No, some are - the Bulk of the Work is Made by the Talented AC Modding Community, there are also some Additions from Previous F1 Games, allthough the conversion into F1M takes time, no-one and i mean no-one should credit themselves on the work of others and its a big part of the reason this Project will never be Made for Profit or Put on Patreon Behind a Paywall, like others do. Every Single Creators Addition made to this Mod/Conversion will be properly Mentioned and credited for their Work and if someone opposes their work to be used for this Project i will Replace it immediately, the Option is there without any Hassle or If If If, just let me know.
What will this Mod include?:
The plan is to release two versions of the 2020–2021 "Compatch".The first version will include all car models, helmets, teamwear and tracks at once, featuring a seamless transition between seasons, including car models and teamwear (finish the 2020 season with Red Bull in the RB16 and start the 2021 season in the RB16B), without having to move any folders around. This will give you a completely new look for the next season automatically. This feature is already working, but the folder size is currently around 8GB (without the Nurburgring GP, Bahrain Outer Layout, Mugello, Portimao and More). Because of this, I'm also going to include a manual version for people who might not have enough space on their PCs to run the seamless version. With the manual version, you can simply delete one folder and replace it with the other.
If you have any other Questions just let me know under the Posts, i do take things into Account and set myself to those things even when i dont take the time to reply everytime, for instance the "Rokit/Williams" Livery will be Changeable, if your Reading this;)
