Pilot location?

Does anyone know if this shot is in Ladysmith or another town up in BC? I love hopping onto Google maps to see how locations have changed over time and can't seem to find this road and I feel like I've been all over Ladysmith. Any help appreciated.

IMDB says most exterior shots for the pilot were done in Chilliwack.

It's Ladysmith on Vancouver Island, when they walking in town look at the signs over the businesses, they say Ladysmith.

Looks like it. It also looks like they zoomed in while filming to get that perspective compared to Google maps. If you back up a bit to address 230 and then zoom in. It looks very close just slightly towards the middle of the road instead of on the right side of the road

This specific scene was filmed in Ladysmith, British Columbia, Canada. Jack and Zoe are walking down Roberts Street (between 2nd and 3rd Avenue), looking east down the hill toward Ladysmith Harbour. While later episodes shifted the town's main street filming locations to Wellington Avenue in Chilliwack, BC, the pilot episode relied heavily on Ladysmith to establish the iconic Pacific Northwest backdrop. Now read this quickly before we all vanish into Section 5!!

At the bottom of the block they are walking towards (where you see the yellow buildings), there have been other shows and movies shot more recently, from Sonic the Hedgehog to Resident Alien. Some paint colors have changed and a few businesses have changed ownership but that particular end of the downtown core of Ladysmith has remained popular for small town set shoots.
