I was originally considering buying a 30mph Segway Ninebot model, but ended up getting a 15mph E2 model because I found one marked half off.
This is my first e-scooter, and I normally bike.
Even going at only 15mph, it feels wildly unstable unless I’m on perfectly fresh asphalt, and the tiniest crack can mess me up.
Going 30mph would have to be suicidal.
Does anyone actually use those speeds?

I’m looking for a scooter less than 30lbs as I have chronic injury and live in a walk up apartment. I looked for the scooters weighing less than 30 lbs and this one seems like a good option. Anyone have experience with this model?

Hey everyone, I need some help diagnosing my Aovo electric scooter (500W version). I’ve had it for less than a year.

The Symptoms:

Context: It was recently caught in extremely heavy rain. However, I also leave it parked outside at work with no cameras. I usually lock it via the Aovo Bluetooth/Wifi app. I have a sneaky suspicion someone might have messed with it or tried to force it while the electronic lock was engaged, but it could just be water damage to the controller.

(Attached are pictures of the dash and a video of the motor sound).

Does this sound like I fried a phase wire/controller from the rain, or is it a hall sensor issue? Can I fix this cheaply, or should I cut my losses and upgrade to an e-bike?

The 2026 GT2 has replaced my car for short trips around town. Running errands and evening cruises are way more fun on this scooter. It absorbs small bumps nicely and stays stable at cruising speeds. I'm really happy with this purchase.😁

Left it out on a hot day and while I was using it with enough charge, it died on me and now it wont turn on. I know it probably overheated, anyone got advice? (Phantom GoGo A10)

Hello everyone. The front tire of my scooter Kukirin G2 pro is losing the air pressure constantly. Can I take it to a car tire repair or do I need to take it to somewhere that deals with e-scooters? Thanks ☺️

Tires are tubeless

I recently bought a Gyroor C1 Pro and noticed that the front fender is misaligned. One side has plenty of clearance, but the other side is almost touching the tire. I also hear a rubbing/vibrating noise when riding at higher speeds.

Got this scooter a week ago and the left wheel started to make noise just to notice that the rim is out. I asked someone to inflate it as I thought it was the issue. Nothing changed still same issue. Does the tire need replacement?

Can I run both of these chargers at the same time or would that be too much on the battery? This would only be for a once in awhile thing not everyday.

I'm looking for advice or recommendations from people with experience buying their first electric scooter.

First of all, I'm a big guy, almost 2 metres tall and weighing 110 kg, and I'm aware that this limits my options. I need a sturdy, high-quality, and reliable model that can get me to work and back, with a one-way commute of around 7 km.

I'll need to charge the battery in my apartment, so a lighter model would be preferable.

My budget is up to €1,000.

Requirements:

• Maximum load capacity ideally over 130 kg
• As long a battery range as possible
• As lightweight as possible, since I'll need to carry it up to the third floor of my building. -Must be legal in EU (im living in Austria)

People see the g30 as really outdated but I've never felt it, someone told me why would i mod a g30 it has no suspension it's too old, I recently flashed my g30 with shfw i never realized what it was capable of and that I've completely missed out on many things now I basically have a launch mode for fun activated by throttle code, I finally got back idle battery level and got rid of the beeps.

Then there's durability I've been in accidents that weren't my fault one of which I drove straight into a cardoor at full speed the guy was impressed that nothing happened to the scooter, I've had countless of situations where I've transported 30 kg of weight on it without anything, I've seen so many people post about their scooters just snapping, mine has over 6000 km on it I trust it, i trust it to take me where I need to go.

So I wonder is it really outdated as it doesn't feel outdated to me it's extremely smooth to drive even without suspension, I've avoided suspension as I'm afraid it will make it weaker or too heavy or that it simply can't handle carrying things, it's fully open to hundreds of modifications both hardware and software a new scooter is completely locked down my g30d is basically Linux ooen source, it's so durable that I don't trust anything else, my favorite 2 scooters are gt2 and Apollo pro both of which have been discontinued but i just don't feel the urge to upgrade even if g3 looks interesting in design, my g30d is reliable it's fast enough 30 is the best speed for a scooter it doesn't need more speed than that it's range is really good at 40 km after 6 years, weight is good enough to easily carry up stairs.

The g30 to me simply has everything I need but design so what makes it too old because I just can't feel it i don't know what a g3 really could give me apart from better range and a better design.

I love my ninebot g30d which makes upgrading from it difficult.

Does anyone know how big the battery of the Xiaomi 4 ultra is? I want to replace it for a better one and I want to know how much space I have in the deck.

[] When cutout, the red symbol popped up, (the one that looks like something got cut in half). Does someone know what the error icon is, and what is the possible problem with the scooter?

[] Information:
- Teverun Fighter 11+ cutout 4 times during 1700km. The first time a few hundred km on the odometer, and 3 more recently.
- I was not going at 83km/h; the display bugged out a bit. Most of the cutouts happened at around 10-20km/h. Were I in car traffic, cutout would've endangered me.

Apologies if anyone has been here before and this has worked out but my 8 year olds C2 lite won’t charge. I’ve followed guidance and cleaned the battery port out etc however since reading previously it could be a software issue could anyone help?

Hi guys i have been wanting an e scooter for my birthday and i got to the point where i cant chose anymore like idk what to choose the joyor s5 pro abe or the Segway f3 pro d both habe pros and cons the joyor doesn’t have an app the segway does the segway had better security but on the other hand the joyor looks nice more customisable like getting new brakes handlebars throttle etc. I live on the fourth floor so i cant just carry it all the way up to the fourth floor but i wanted if i got the joyor to hide an airtag in the deck and get a key ignition. Help me to decide

Bought a Navee st3 and I may be regretting my choice. I weigh 240 lbs and I think I bottom out the rear suspension. When riding I hear the plastic from the rear wheel cover hit the back deck. Can the rear wheel cover be adjusted so it’s not touching while riding? I almost wish I got the gt5 or g5 max instead. Other than this issue I love the scooter. I truly thought I was going to be fine being 20lbs under the limit.

Hello, I have a Werhy H1L that cut off when I was about to ride it about 3 days ago and when I charged it the charge went from red to green indicating that it was fully charged but currently won’t cut on is there anything I can do to fix this?

I just swapped new Ulip road tires for the off road tires that came with my Nanrobot ls7+

I got some wheel weights and tried to balance the new Ulip tires. But I can’t quite seem to get them to not shake at certain speeds.

The method I’m using is I put the scooter on a lift so the tires are off the ground. I stick the first weight across from the valve stem, I hit the throttle, and see if it shakes more or less. I then move the weight in one direction until I get it feeling as good as I can.

But it s seems that after a couple of rides it shakes more than it did when I did the balancing. But nothing has changed that I can see.

Any ideasss?

I wrecked my max g30 and I have 2 xiaomi m365 scooters a non working essential and a miscooter 1s, I decided to upgrade the 1s with a dual battery mod to match a max g30s range

I bought a parallel xt30 connector to connect these 2 to the controller but I am worried about a few things.

Firstly the 1s battery is a 7.8ah, essential one is a 5.2ah so they aren't matched on capacity their voltages are the same 36v, is this a problem?

Secondly can a xiaomi battery be safely charged through its output port? Will it still balance the cells together and will it retain its protections or do I have to get 2 chargers for both batteries?

Brake pads seem to wear at the top mostly. Pistons aren't seized, lines freshly bled, pads have been on for about a day. What could be the cause? Varla eagle one pro. Thanks in advance!

My phone was stolen earlier today and since I enabled my scooter's guard mode on the segway app I can't seem to use my scooter anymore. I've managed to carry it back home but I really need to be able to use it again so I can drive to college again.

Does anyone have any idea on how to disable the scooter's guard mode without having to use the app?

Hello everyone, i ordered some rear xod brakes and put them on but now when i move forward the rear wheel is stuck and when i move backwards it slightly moves but still not much

Bought this scooter 2nd. I already lubricated everything and tightened every screw properly.
