Why is the job posted, and I never hear back. If the job posting is for external applicants and they have all the qualifications, why isn't an applicant hearing back, even a " thank you for applying" email?

IT'S unfair to post a job and knowing that only those who have an inside with someone gets hired.

Am tired.

Saw their posting on LinkedIn/internal site and my friend works here currently and really enjoys it so I am applying, but she said they are hiring multiple positions right now due to lots of internal growth. It’s a Lot less strenuous than the rental division and you get a vehicle and good pay. Also no evenings or weekends is a huuuuuge plus. Good luck out there :)

Hello

I am not sure if this kind of post is allowed but I am looking for an employer who is hiring and would be willing to support for a work permit via the Francophone Mobility Program. I do have the required score to meet the eligibility but it has been difficult to find an employer.
Or if someone can share resources where can I find employers who would be open through this stream.
I have been working in sales and my current employer (MNC) does not offer support.
