I’d say I’m a pretty good echo being level 162 with over 300+ hours and peaked at champ 5. But I don’t see the reason for shade for partial copy and full salvo even after the nerfs.
My play style in high ranks consist of long poke and sneaky assassin diving the backline. But when I get my ult, I’m a big playmaker and I’d say confidently about 70% of my copies end with a built ult that actually has impact on the current fight.
I like full salvo because when I’m poking I get more opportunities to land on enemies and when I dive backline, I’m most of the time undetected so I’m able to land all stickies and secure a kill while building ult charge super fast.
Yes the infinite ammo is a joke but I’ve seen people in here have strong opinions that partial copy being pointless as when you eventually build ult, the fight is over.
Also I don’t think I’ve been in more situations where I’ve needed such a long distance kill with beam compared to absolutely shredding squishes and melting tanks health with all my stickies off a 6 second cooldown.
So please I’m open to opinions from other mains as one of the main reasons I play echo is for her flexibility through her ult and how game changing it can be like getting a double queen ult or hog ult to force a C9 or hell even build a quick enough nano just to keep tanks alive.
