Xbox/NA Looking for a guild to run trials with

As the title states im looking for a trial guild. I'm in England so any guilds based from here is a plus. I don't mind a bit of banter during trials, but I've been in guilds that you can't hear any callouts being made and it's caused trials that should be under an hour to last 3x that. I've also got quite a few trials I need to complete so training trials is a big plus.

same tbh my old guild was all like 'silent but deadly' which just made normal fights 3 hours long lol
