Usually don’t go for iced cappuccino @ dunkin but decided to give it a whirl this morning to save calories & sugar over my beloved Dunkalatte. This was a medium - am I off base feeling a little cheated? More than half the cup was foam but I’m honestly not sure if this is the norm.

I had this once probably 5+ years ago and could never find it again. Does anyone know if this has been offered since?

Yeah so I went to Dunkin and asked for a iced matcha latte with regular cold foam oat milk an 5 shots of blueberry, the first time I guess I was misheard because when after I started drinking my drink I realized half way it was whole milk after the looking at the receipt, it tasted good though but i went back and asked if it was oat milk and she said no it was whole milk… so I very politely asked if it could be remade and she said “okay” but almost like she was annoyed mind you I was the only person there so I don’t see why it bothered her to make the drink when I’m the only person there(again maybe I’m just overthinking it) , but anyways after I got the drink I realized it had a had a noticeable “expired milk” smell,and also there was a fine line of separating of the drink at the very bottom, looked like a split dark green and the rest was a super light green, am I being paranoid or was this normal? The first drink looked no where near the same, and yes I did drink some and it tasted completely normal but I still threw it out , rather be safe than sorry. But someone lmk if this was to be expected with drinks being made with oat milk and having dairy cold foam on them, this was my second time at Dunkin for their drinks🙏

I don’t know if it’s because I am an employee now, but I never really was a Dunkin person but now that I am an employee there I feel like I’m starting to love everything from there lol like I’m a grown 24-year-old man as soon as I’ve seen the little plushy’s, I was like yeah I need one and then just a little shit like I’ve been going out of my way to order special Dunkin gear stuff like that I guess I’m a Dunkin girlie now as they would say😭🫡

So let’s talk about the loaded hashbrowns. They never looked the most appetizing but today I had a weird kinda craving so I caved and they definitely satisfied a lot more than I expected them to. 🤤

Was curious if anybody else had this issue as reporting it to the dunkin' donuts support team did nothing. I asked the manager and they said they had no control over it, but it is only this one location that I cannot order a large and it has nothing to do with any redemptions . They did confirm that other people were getting large iced coffees at that location through ordering, so I feel like it is only me.

Deleted and cleared the cache and it still happens.

Not quite sure how to proceed, I can order at another dunkin' donuts near me but I don't really like the other ones as much.

First world problems am I right?

so i have been trying to cut back on caffeine. however i of course love dunkin especially their lattes… i noticed you can put decaf instead of regular, but the tab that says espresso can’t be changed… so when i put decaf does that mean the espresso is also decaf, or is there still just regular espresso in it

Hello, if there’s any fellow employees in this chat, what is your guys’s policy at your guys store for being able to eat like for example at my store when you work you’re allowed to have a medium hot or iced coffee and either a sausage, egg and cheese or bacon, egg, and cheese on any bread i’ve heard some locations. They don’t even let you have a drink so I am curious.

I don't really have to care too much about this stuff since I don't have any health issues impacted by diet, thankfully, so I don't normally pay attention... but I just saw something yesterday giving the amount of calories in cold foam & was SHOCKED by how much FOAM adds in calories. 😭

I am now looking at stuff & seeing the dunkin zero's I've been drinking contain 190mg of ......SODIUM?

FROM WHAT?

WHY?

Does guarana or caffeine have excess sodium that I can't find anywhere when I look it up?

as someone who LOVES fall, but isn’t a huge pumpkin fan i was excited to see what the NON-pumpkin fall flavors would be. hands down the tiramisu cloud latte has been the best of the fall menu imo. i’ll order this until it’s unavailable.
also the shaken espresso version is amazing too! who else loves this flavor?

Started happening a few weeks ago, just thought it was funny and was wondering if any one else has had this happen.

I go to the same Dunkin' almost daily and order an iced coffee with 3 creams and 2 sugars. Some days, it's genuinely the best iced coffee I've ever had. Other days, it's bitter, burnt tasting, and barely sweet.

The color, creaminess, and sweetness vary wildly despite ordering the exact same thing. Does anyone else experience this? Is it inconsistent measurements, how the coffee is brewed, or something else? I'd love to hear from y’all.

edit: the overall consensus is that it’s the person who’s brewing the coffee. i got it again today and it turned out great, and the employee working there is experienced.
