APPEARANCE
River is a NightWing–SeaWing hybrid with deep midnight-blue scales that fade into near-black along their back, horns, and wing edges. Their underbelly is a soft silver-blue, and their scales shimmer faintly like moonlight reflected on water.
Their most noticeable feature is their glowing cyan-blue markings. Thin, star-like patterns stretch across their wings, shoulders, and tail, resembling constellations reflected in the ocean at night.
Their eyes are bright ice-blue, with narrow pupils that seem to glow whenever they get excited about something.
Their horns curve backward like dark obsidian, and their head has a messy crest of spiky scales that NEVER sits properly.
Their wings are enormous, with translucent blue membranes patterned like rippling water and scattered stars.
Their tail is very long, and is and finned, perfect for swimming. The tip has a little crescent-shaped fin that wiggles whenever they're happy.
Additional details:
Small, slightly uneven horns.
Webbed claws and sleek scales built for swimming.
A few silver scales scattered across their snout.
One tiny chipped horn.

Her appearance is that of long straight blonde hair with blunt bangs, a black mini dress with long gloves and thigh high boots, while donning a black beret and choker with a deadpan expression

Her weapon of choice is either a dagger, katana or a pistol
