We got Vander Von Odd. Biqtch Pudding. Landon Cider. Dahli. Niohuru X. Asia Consent. Victoria Black. Evah Destruction. Who would be Top 3 (def Vander)? Who is first out (I'm so sorry but Niohuru X maybe)? Who is winning?

Am I the only one who is extremely ambivalent about re-casting previous cast members in future main line seasons?

At least one of my favorite winners was cut from a previous season.

But I also feel like there are so many great monsters out there doing their thing and not getting a national spotlight because someone else gets a second chance.

Obviously the drama is great when someone returns but at what cost.

Am I alone?

The only thing I could find on a quick glance is Evah opening cameos. No other winners had any suggesting booking trouble but I thought Evah was busy performing on stage as a theater actor, so I don't think she's struggling at all?

Hello uglies!

I'm here with the results from our Season 7 MoM poll. Thank you to all 417 people who voted!

Who had your favourite promo looks? (You can select multiple)

Who impressed you the most during the "Meet Our Monsters" video? (You can select multiple)

Which contestant embodies the principle of FILTH the most out of the cast?

Krustyna Clown (34.5%), Felony Dodger (19.9%), and Koochie Koochie Ku (19.7%) were our top monsters for this tenet!

Which contestant embodies the principle of HORROR the most out of the cast?

Scythe (39.3%) was the clear standout in this category, with Inkubus (18.5%) and Areal Haunting (15.8%) trailing behind!

Which contestant embodies the principle of GLAMOUR the most out of the cast?

Satanna (43.4%) almost took half the votes here, with Vanda LaRose (31.7%) taking most of the rest and Annie Agurl (12.5%) rounding out the podium. This was one category where it was clear who the frontrunners were!

I think at this stage it's nice to look at who the frontrunners are in each of the tenets of DRAGULA, and compare them with our later predictions about the Top 3. Krustyna, Scythe, and Satanna all "won" their category. Does this align with how you voted?

What placement do you predict for Annie Agurl pre-season?

What placement do you predict for Areal Haunting pre-season?

What placement do you predict for DVVSK pre-season?

What placement do you predict for Felony Dodger pre-season?

What placement do you predict for Inkubus pre-season?

What placement do you predict for Koochie Koochie Ku pre-season?

What placement do you predict for Krustyna Clown pre-season?

What placement do you predict for Purus pre-season?

What placement do you predict for Samuel Bendix pre-season?

What placement do you predict for Satanna pre-season?

What placement do you predict for Scythe pre-season?

What placement do you predict for Vanda LaRose pre-season?

Looking at this data, it seems as though our predicted Top 3 of Dragula Season 7 would be Scythe, Purus, and Felony Dodger, with Inkubus just missing out... although given how strong this cast is, could we have another Top 4? It's interesting to see a preference for horror/filth as opposed to glamour in your picks, could this be in response to Evah's Titans 2 win?

I would love to hear your thoughts, and it would be fun to revisit this poll as the season airs to see how our predictions fared!

Until next season uglies! 💀

What are your thoughts?

For context, I started showing my boyfriend all of Dragula in preparation for S7 (I have seen all of the seasons). We have watched all of the main seasons except S1 and I think me and my boyfriend’s favorite season of the show is 5. I forgot how good and funny everyone was. There wasn’t a whole lot of drama but I thought some of the strongest looks of the show come from season 5. However, him and I just got done with the finale and it was actually both of our first time watching the finale (When it aired, the finale was late to upload so I went to sleep and didn’t watch the finale bc they had already announced who had won the season) and we thought we were on cuckoo pills or something.

The filth was not there at ALL. Our favorite was Throb’s bc the hair in the shower drain look was very creative and the green liquid he squeezed actually made me wince. Blackberri was looking a mess with the rat and the nose prosthetic falling off almost instantly upon walking down the stage. Ork was looking exactly the same as always and failed the puke moment and Nio just posed in a Chinese take out box.

Horror was extremely underwhelming. We both agreeed that Nio’s was the best by default bc everyone else’s was so not scary. Throb was giving party city realness with that awful wig, Blackberri was just doing glamour and Ork as usual was giving us nothing new.

Glamour was also extremely underwhelming. We thought Nio and Throb had the best glamour look. But Blackberri had a better glamour look in the horror category with the cage and the chains pulling the skin with the bedazzled blood. Ork was both the same and a mess, not covering the crutches with anything and just leaving them normal was just a no for us. His performance made no sense either.

Overall, we thought this was collectively the worst of every finalists’ looks in the entire season. We agreed on Nio’s win bc of her overall performance but if it was purely based on this episode alone, the Boulets should’ve just kept that $100,000.

We’re both dying to know if anyone else felt this way! I thought S4 was my fave but going back and watching, season 5 is my favorite now aside from the reunion and the finale.

Asking for a friend. Just kidding! I’m asking because I’m going to start some sort of Fans account as YouTube has deemed many of my videos “adult only”. Is it worth it, and which is the best one? Also, maybe I can get sexay!

Hi uglies.

I was wondering if there will be anywhere to watch the panel that's happening tomorrow afterwards.

Base on all the meet the monster video, cast interviews, hell, even their own social media posts. Which monster gives you the first one out vibe?

Also, This post ISN'T a hate post or anything like that. Just a fun little experiment to see people's different opinions and thoughts, haha

I am rewatching s4 and I just have to give this crazy bitch her flowers. Jade Jolie makes for some of the most entertaining television the world of drag has ever seen.
She has numerous quotable and iconic moments across 3 seasons of television. She made “back rolls” happen, she reintroduced herself as a monster and acted like one (her fight with Zava s4 is so delicious) and then got DISQUALIFIED for being a hot mess on titans 2.

& her glow up out of drag is one of the world’s greatest.

I just hope and pray we see her again on our screens at least one more time.
