Discussion Premium Sets
Ever since Dota 2 Plus introduction and shards, and premium sets in 2018. These are the sets I have purchased in premium shop as a F2P player, just purchased Enchantress set today. I think I only activated dota 2 plus once or twice during this period (gotten for free in an event). I played on and off, in my experience 8 years for 7 sets is crazy. It is almost exactly 1 set per year, Sven set costs 150,000 shards. How are you guys doing with collecting the premium sets?

I don't buy any of them except for the medusa set. At the moment I have about 330k shards, no dota 2 plus except for the ones given for free and the occasional candywork rewards.

Mostly because I already have some sets and immortal items for the heroes I like.

It was targeted for Dota plus users so makes sense pure f2p would take a long while to get those shards.
With battle pass you get sheds much much faster and you can enter that battle cup thing, which awards tons of shards. Don't even need a team (can't remember the amount but it's big)

I didn’t reach Quarteros Curious LC set, I was busy back then, i just hope that it will be available in the shard shop in the future

Yes but it cost 280k+ pf shards , im trying to find ways to get more shards

it's hard to save shards even if you buy dota plus. i play a lot of dota during my college, and I was able to earn around 1.4m, I just spend it on the existing sets that time

I just hope Valve can lower the shard price of the set, atleast 100k I’ll buy it asap but 200k is gonna be hard, I currently have 40k shards lol

it costs 10k shard for 1 level but he gives you 1725 shards for each antique you exchange for shards. is this a joke lmao

I don't buy sets. I only buy 1 kill streak effect then spend all remaining shards on hero relics.

yeah, me as well. got all the kill streak effects, all the sets i wanted, relics on 30-40 heroes, and still sitting on 1.1mil

I dont have dota plus,but i saved for months for tht Enchantress set and its the only one i have
I m intrested in the tusk set,but not sure

I am waiting to get that teapot treasure and svens sword so i can buy this sven set for 150k. But it doesnt show me the treasure at all....

I recently asked also why Valve forgot they have these sets and why is there no update for 8 years. And there are hundreds of sick and functional sets submitted by the creator fan base so Valve should atleast import them as Dota Plus premium sets.
