No, MLB knew that Pete fucked a 14 year-old girl. So all parties agreed that Pete doesn’t get into the HOF, and MLB doesn’t let out that Pete fucked a 14 year old.

Cap Anson was the whole reason the color barrier exists and he's in the hall of fame, OJ Simpson murdered two people and his bust is still in Canton, Ohio, Babe Ruth was a drunken whoremonger, the recently-inducted Andruw Jones is a wifebeater. If you start barring people from the hall-of-fame for non-sports related reasons, you're basically only going to be able to induct 5 guys at most, all-time.
