Feedback on the HTML tool? I've created similar tools with AI assistance for work purposes. They're pretty neat and once you know some html and such, not too bad to edit and things. I assume you wrote this yourself though, and if so well done - lots of interesting tools like the way to make a party, scales the fights, and then track the fights. Part of that adds to the visual noise I mention below that likely gets better with frequent use of the tool.

The encounter itself is kind of hard for me to follow, as written, to be honest.

I think the tool is doing a lot, too much truly. Too me it just looks like a bunch of different categories, and not a written out adventure/encounter. I'd much rather see "Scene 1", "Scene 2" sections, and then within them the boxes and tools useful for those scenes. The encounter beats is the nearest thing to this, but then when you click "run beat' the pop-up window is what should be the main page.

I don't think I could run this encounter as is either. The First read aloud, I understand is a third of the way down, then the second read aloud repeats much of the same information.

The notes & log tool is pretty neat actually, and I think could be used to add even more info and then hand it to players at the end of the session. It does some of their work for them, note taking, which some may not like. For personal DM notes, i think the "My notes" should be added to the log when you build the report (togglable), so you can have your own version of the notes in one clean spot. I also think the "My Notes' should be a follow-along bubble like the "THEY WENT OFF SCRIPT" tool (which is a good idea).

The entire DM ONLY vs Player view is useless imo. I would never show the players any of this, except for explicit copy-paste read aloud text in discord or similar, and even then only for those with audio processing or similar needs.

Visually, the themes are nearly the same. Each block type, like NPCS compared to rewards, should have distinct looks - color changes, different border types, potentially even different fonts and font sizes for important stuff, or content intended to be player-facing or read aloud.

I apologize my feedback here is very rough and unorganized.
