This is how you do a damn event. No DZ shenanigans, No Randoms glitching the bosses. Just endless waves of NPC's to mow down and farm loot. A great reminder of how fun this game can be.

been a while since enemies kept me on edge

Hi guys I just solo'd the necromancer and even got his hive hfx. HOWEVER I didn't get a mask at all from his drops. Checked everything and everywhere on loot on ground. My mailbox everything. Got nothing. The game knows I've killed him also otherwise I wouldn't have this hive mod.

Anything I can do to get the mask now ?

I guess most know already that they changed the bounties and now u can dismantle them by accident. But this is not the main thing I wanna share.

But the increased drop rates for the first 150 kills are actually not tied to your account! They are character based! Meaning you can farm 150 kills (heroic each 5 kills = 1 key = 30 keys on each character. With 4 chars 120 keys a day. So you are basically done with all apparel caches any donations in 3 days 🤷🏻‍♂️ or it should even be possible to create new chars farm, delete, create, etc.

My tip. Go grind as long as you can. They might fix it.

Event boss spawned in this weird corner behind the train.

• Great difficulty
• Great rewards
• Good amount of keys per hour
• Pretty good exotics farm (save exotics in stash and mule agents and break them next week when double resources event will go live)
• Exclusive exotics
• Unique bounties with unique bosses

The only problems I have:

• dropped bounties from cultists are high-end yellow loot for some reason and you can dismantle them accidently
• red color of the game world should be togglable. My eyes are a bit tired already
• seems like Necromancer is bugged. Killed everyone around him but he was still invincible with 0 HP

The only exotic I didn’t have in the entire game. I’ve been trying to keep raid parties together forever to no avail…. So leave it to a “Carver” bounty to hook me up. I’m a little torn about doin it this way but super happy I got it !

I’ve completed this 4/5 times tonight, you can cheese it with a sniper build, once you find the bounty, teleport to Fed Bunker, fight your way to the start of the bounty, cultists will spawn once you land, 1st stage throw a decoy and snipe from the double doorway or first platform, kill the ads, you may have 1/2 waves, once you get the message to fight the boss do not fast rope down the borehole, throw a decoy down to start the fight, snipe from railings, done in a few minutes, got mostly the regulus and exotic crates but easy, enjoy, great farm 😎

I'm trying to figure out witch bundel or set this is from. Can find nothing on the website. I found it in one of the videos from rogue gold btw

Before I go any further, I completely understand some people think Descent is crap - loads of people do so commenting on that point doesnt add anything.

There a few people that enjoy it or the achievement of getting to loop 40 solo is one they want to chase and of course the Loop 40 arm patch each season. Let alone the benefits of having a collection of all the available named blueprints. For me as a veteran, its one of the last goals I have yet to achieve in a game that has become so much easier over time and offer little challenge - maybe its one of the few goals that has not decreased in difficulty over the years.

One thing that has changed in the last year, is that I believe there is now a fixed time limit to how long a server is up.

Every time now I go on a deep run, there is a warning (fair enough) that the server will start in six hours - its usually a couple of hours in.

Even taking risks, boss rooms, pushing hard to move quickly I can get to in mid 30s max before the restart. I wrote to Ubisoft support asking if a time limit is now in place and you probably wont be suprised that I couldnt get a straight answer.

I wonder if there are any other people that have done loop 40 solo recently or have similar experiences. Cheers

I was in West End farming when I got the Black Tusk Moon Cultist Squad to spawn. One of the members was a Black Tusk Chunga with a Rikers riot shield. The shield had no weak points and it seems to have the same health as a normal armor plate. He also has the normal backpack weak point instead of 2 air tanks. His death message is the same as a normal BT Chunga.

I thought this was really strange and did a double take when I first saw him haha. I wonder if this alludes to anything we’ll see in the Central Park dlc.
