Q - Unanswered Calling out AFTER using id
i went to the Endless Possibilities showcase earlier today where my blue id was scanned, but was only there for a short while before i got a crippling migraine. i waited up until the last minute before deciding i needed to call out, but realized that my id was scanned this morning for the showcase after the fact. i’m literally terrified that i’ll get termed now. i just reached out to my leader explaining what happened, but i have no idea if this is an automatic process or what. since it was scanned before i called out does that make a difference? it wasn’t the parks, it was an event ended well before i made my call out, but i realize that it might just be an automatic system. am i totally screwed?

You should be fine. You can generally call out after using your ID or going to the parks for this exact reason. If anything you made the situation worse by reaching out to your leader and explaining yourself because it just brings more attention to the issue.

You’re fine. Things like this happen and they understand. I had to do the same thing a few times in my years as a CM. No need to explain it to them either, they only look into this stuff if they have reason to believe you are abusing the system.
