Disgaea 4 Weird bug or am I missing something?

Trying to reach this level sphere while reverse pirating and for some reason I can't actually get over to it, there are no go block effects, enemies with evil evilities or any other reason I can think of why my character won't move to the space beside the block.

Is it bugged? Any ideas?

It wouldn't be odd if the item world conjured up some weird edge case. Randomization can do that

I have no explanation. One time I was on Disgaea 3 and I witnessed a Level Orb spawn real far out of bounds.

Screwy stuff.

looks like jalapeno is on the same line as you, so unless you have a skill that allows you to walk thru them, then the empty space isn't available to you. i think this is a perspective issue.

Jalapeño is one of my characters.

I eventually threw Valvatorez to the sphere and then he couldn't get back out. The block in the corner was bugged.

There is a gap between where the chests are and the level sphere, so unless that superhero is yours it is blocking you.
