Question How do I get the titan exotic glaive?

I have the other two, I read I can buy it from the board but it says I need to do more quests "Complete Trusts Goes both ways". Do I just need to keep doing those quests until I can buy it from the board?

If you've unlocked one of the glaives the others can be purchased from the board with a character of their respective class, or the patterns can drop from Wellspring on any character.

Do I have to have beat with queen on that character?

If the board is pointing you a direction, it can't hurt to do it.

I was missing a glaive but had no board quests, and it dropped from a run of Wellspring.
