Had punishment for being bratty. "Wear my pull ups and wake up wet and don't change until allowed." I barely pottied, and changed before allowed. So this morning I was put straight into another pair of pull ups and told "If you wanna hold then you're holding all day, only absolute accidents allowed and NO changing" I've dribbled less than 10times today. My tummy is bulging, I can't barely think straight. And I always smoke in the evenings to sleep... When I get a cough, all this is gonna rush out of me, and I don't know if I'll be able to stop it.
