Mujhe aati bhi nhi lgaani 😭. Kal ek very close relative ke yahan function hai or unhone bola tha mehendi lgaane ke liye and i totally forgot. 11 bje yaad aaya 😭 fir pta ni kya kabaada machaaya hai maine 😭😝 lmao. Pehle bhi lgaayi h but itni buri toh first time lgi 🥹😭

Comedians and creators casually normalizing being in depression and anxiety was enough already now people have lost touch what real ADHD, depression and anxiety is.

I believe mental health is equally or more important than overall physical fitness. Ive seen myself struggling and still struggle through basic chores even with great body but with ADHD.

I hate when people romanticize ADHD like "i organize stuff and my room so I have ADHD". People should experience what real adhd is and when you cant keep your stuff and shit together. My life is miserable with ADHD.
