Question Where can i find potions in Darksiders 2

I literally can't find anything. i have went to all merchants and bought them but enemies and chest just drop gold. no health potions at all only mana ones and i am literally stuck because i have to fight a boss and i can't progress with only one healthbar

Weird, usually I find an over-abundance of health potions. What boss are you on?

After i went to the tree of life, the amount of potions dropped extremely. Now i am in Basileus. I guess i will have to run around breaking boxes to find health potions

Are you on nightmare mode? Or maybe its a glitch

I always play on the highest difficulty, and they still pop quite frequently from chests.

No i am not. When i was in are before the tree of life i was always at 5 potions. now i am literally begging for health potions

They drop randomly from chests and enemies. Most importantly though, you should not be having such difficulty with healing at that point in the game. What does your build and gear look like?
