I’m just now getting to today’s show and we’re less than 20 minutes in. I’m going to assume he plays with the wig the entire time. Lastly, is he Gladys from “WEA-pooons” ?

Do you guys really still find this show entertaining and fun? As much as Stugotz was clearly mailing it in toward the end, the show hasn’t been the same since he left. He brought something to the table that Dan and the rest of the crew just can’t replicate. Even when Stu wasn’t trying, he was often funnier than everyone else combined.

Dan has become increasingly repetitive, the chemistry feels forced, and the show seems to have lost the spontaneity and irreverence that made it great in the first place. And then there’s Tony, a MAGA chud who somehow manages to be both overly confident and spectacularly uninteresting.

The old show felt like a bunch of friends having fun and letting us in on the joke. Now it feels like a group of people desperately trying to recreate something that no longer exists.

Anyway, legit curious why you guys still listen.

Dan writes for Tony’s substack before writing for Greg’s.

With the latest Troy Aikman and Joe Buck news, it's curious that Dan ran a segment earlier this season about how repetitive Troy is. He made a point more than once to say Buck is the best and anyone could do a good job next to him. I thought it was strange how insistent he was, since there are arguably other play-by-play announcers in Buck's class. And all of this happened while Troy was negotiating. Curious timing.

Greg Olsen is a Miami guy, and it was reported he doesn't have a renewal deal with Fox. Dan putting a thumb on the scale masked as Tucker Carlson-esque musing?

Anybody else being annoyed every time Dan says this?? It’s like 3 times a day lately.

I’m shocked the SC hasn’t made fun of him for it considering they keep bringing up Aikman recently.

Maybe make a parody song to at least add humor to the verbal crutch.
