Discord Q&A

• Getting reaction from community about the recent name ban. Players think it's unfair that people with really bad names are grouped into the same categories as people with borderline bad names. There also should be warning and notices for this.
  • We have different level of sanction depends on the severity of the violating names. We also understand terms can be subjective based on how each person interpretation. We not only look at the name itself, but we also look at the number and frequency of report against said name.
  • We found an issue where a ban name can be made so that other people can take the name in the mean time. We're actively looking to make improvement for this.
  • To be transparent, we're looking at posting the redacted banned names.
• How do we avoid spam false report from players? There were reports of unfair ban during the Korean holiday. How there was a ban when the team was out for holiday.
  • These reports are manually reviewed. And of course there will be human errors. Sep 1st to today, we found 3 mistakes from the name review. We reached out to users for compensation and offer IGN back. There were cases where we couldn't offer the IGN back due to it taken by other players. We looked at other measures to make sure these mistake won't happen in the future.
  • We found no name related ban during the Korean holiday from Sep 23 to 27 Korean time, if you know of report of mistaken name ban from this time period, let us know.

Hi there, how have you been?

As usual, here is a quick rundown of the upcoming events for the week ahead:

DIY Ofrenda Returns – Complete dungeons to earn daily rewards, ranging from farming materials to cosmetics, for both Seria’s room and your own characters of your choice.

Attendance Check with Bannibou – Wait for the timer to reach a certain limit, but speed up the process by playing dungeons; this gives you the chance to earn rewards ranging from your first mission up to the 20th.

Raffle – Every time you complete a Normal, Advanced, Legion, or Raid dungeon, you’ll receive tickets for this event that can be redeemed for either real-world items or in-game items.

Something very quick and easy to do.

Nothing complicated today, it's just a matter of handling our daily farming tasks in the dungeons: normal, advanced, legion, and raids.

This is the calm before the arrival of major events, and major rewards, too.

I don't think I need to say much more.

I hope you enjoy the coming weeks and have good luck with the rewards, both from the events and from farming better gear for the characters you want to power up.

Thank you so much for reading these posts.

This has been P.O.U.M.
