I have made it my new mission to try the best basque cheesecakes in the city before I move away in December. I used to love them but honestly haven’t had any in a while, and none in DC apart from the MVT farmers market one.

I am a deep lover of the crab rangoon and have tried many in the city, but still don't have a definitive favorite. I know everyone will have have different metrics (crisp level, crabbiness, filling ratio, fold technique, etc.), but which ones stand out for you?
