Help! I'm trying to log into the SRT to work on the Redwood project and I can't get in... I have Twingate connected and I have the email they sent me to log in, but when I enter the code that the email sends me it gives me an error... Is anyone else in the same situation?

I now have realized that my microsoft account is a personal account, so I don't see any community or anything.

Tried multiple ways from incognito, from the desktop app, from multiple browsers. I still can't get access to the community.

Anyone outside US receiving monthly payments via PayPal: does PayPal take the Goods & Services fees for international transactions out of the USD total paid by CrowdGen, or this fee is paid by CrowdGen?

Hello I am in the US and just got selected for a project that requires Twingate. I installed it, am able to authenticate it but when I try to login to SRT to work it keeps giving me an HTTP ERROR 500 notification. What am I doing wrong? I have disabled all extensions, adblocker is turned off, have logged off, uninstalled-reinstalled. I am at a loss.

Hey everyone, I’m currently working on the “Mewtwo - Data Collection” project. The guidelines say we need to complete 85 tasks, but they don’t say if that’s the minimum to get paid or the maximum we can do. Can we do more than 85? Has anyone figured this out?

Did anyone receive Maven email for project poliwag from kenya

So have you noticed that as the new batches are coming, the in-built Al suggestion tool in the Maven goes harder and harder.

Literally, they want everything to be included in 3 minutes.

And as I did 5 tasks in Ori*** batch 4, I encountered these suggestions in every task.

And then these suggestions increased the AHT by 5 minutes, so here we worked for 2 minutes extra for free for the whole task.

We are now slaves.

i am working on a project since mid September. today i got a mail stating that the task rate will be reduced by 50%. i texted the project manager about it and found out that the new pay rate is also applied to the work i have already done. i was shocked. now i feel like i am a slave and i feel cheated.

i am based in bangladesh if that matters for anyone replying with similar experience.

is there nothing i can do about it?

However, it's been weeks, and I still haven't received anything. Is this a common issue with CrowdGen? How long do people usually wait? I'm from Portugal.

(Italia) Nella pagine con vari info sul progetto, c'è anche Team channel, ma non ci sono mai riuscita ad aprirlo. Io avrei veramente bisogno di contattare il Team, visto che sto lavorando con una lingua, mentre dopo aver ricevuto invito per collaborare anche con altra lingua, mi hanno fatto letteralmente fallire il test di trascrizione, perché ho contato 5 errori inesistenti, (tre con le risposte identiche a quelle "corrette"). Il ticket non ha dato alcun risultato, ho ricevuto una risposta standard, che non è possibile ripetere il test. Ma non voglio arrendermi, è allucinante. Ed è anche negli interessi di CrowdGen di migliorare gli strumenti. Grazie!
