I own a Creality Hi and I use OrcaSlicer to export my projects. For some reason, the print comes out with these little rough parts. Does anyone know the issue?

Hiya everyone, I wanted to ask for some insight on a recent issue I've had with my printer. Originally I went through creality support and they told me to replace the hot end board and nozzle cable. I've done both and the error still persists. Does anyone have another solution? I have contacted creality again and they've reopened my ticket but in the meantime I thought I'd ask for a bit more advice! Any help would be much appreciated!

I allowed the slicer to update when requested.

Now it wants location info and it wants me to create a login in order to use it.

How do I either go back, or install a not-annoying slicer?

This Halloween, I wanted to create something special for my kids. Instead of making just another Halloween decoration, I thought, why not design something they can actually play with, explore, and use their imagination?

The idea came while watching my kids play and invent their own little stories. They love Halloween, spooky characters, colorful objects, and pretending to make magical potions. That's when inspiration struck! 💡

What if I could create a miniature witch's kitchen where they could become little witches and wizards, mixing mysterious potions and creating their own magical adventures? 🧙‍♂️🧪

And that's how "The Little Witch's Spooky Kitchen" was born! 🎃

I started designing and 3D printing each piece, trying to make the set colorful, playful, and full of Halloween magic.

A small 3D printed opener for both beverage cans and bottle caps. Simple, pocket-sized, and designed to make stubborn tabs a lot easier on your fingers. It can also work nicely as a little keychain/EDC tool.

I need some clarification with the fans for the CR10s

The fan inside the power supply box starts spinning as the printer is turned on or only when the temperature inside starts to rise? I asked Gemini and it said no, it starts only when under load. Claude said the opposite, it starts as soon as the printer is turned on. So before changing it for nothing I prefer to ask.

Edit: (I forgot to add this in the original post) And what about the fan inside the control box right behind the display board? It should always be running or only during prints?

Steps taken:

Purchased a new SD card (8GB),

Replaced the SD card reader,

Formatted the SD card to FAT32 with an allocation unit size of 4096,

The SD card is read without any issues on the computer.

I started having some issues with filament being removed. Turns out the heat kind of crept up towards the extruder and blocked it up so I couldn’t retract it so I took it apart cleared it and tried another print. On the next print, it decided to clog up trying to enter the extruder, but there was no buildup or anything just got stuck.

To be on the safe side I went ahead and ordered a new extruder that would be easier to fix and counted it as an upgrade as well as some thermal paste.

So that made me buy a new upgrade for my printer getting the DXC2 but now that I’m trying to get it to work i’ve noticed that the sensor(filament detection sensor) doesn’t stay lit all the time and I’m thinking it’s throwing this error because the cable doesn’t stay seated in the slot all the time, but I could be wrong. I’m thinking that it was just the sensor that it was bad so I ordered a new sensor but does anyone sell the cables? Cause one of them seems a little damaged and also are there any other solutions to this error?

Hola, soy nuevo en la impresión 3D, hace poco llegó mi creality sparkx i7 y al principio imprimió perfectamente, sin embargo intenté imprimir con un filamento nuevo y la impresión salio con algunos huecos y con hilos, tambien ví un comportamiento que no se si es normal durante la impresión, y es que cada vez que terminaba una capa, el cabezal se iba a la bandeja de purga y salia por la boquilla un poquito de filamento que se terminaba poniendo en la impresión, eso hacia que hubieran aun mas hilos y mas gruesos ¿que me recomiendan?

Every time I start a print it does this I tried reinstalling software, printer settings (I use oraslicer) and resetting GCode picture below it also prints weird like it wants a death

Is there any fine tuning this? Only thing is i usually use the same side of the build plate but 1mm of over all bubble seems excessive. Any tips to get this reduced?
