The former EF Britton industrial site (bordering the strip mall with the Dunkin, UPS Store, Il Gabbiano to the west) now has a redevelopment plan in place that permits multifamily or mixed-use development at a density of up to 30 units per acre, allowing 22 units on the roughly 0.75 acre property. The plan requires five affordable units, or at least 22.7% of the total unit count.

Office/commercial is still a permitted use, and the council are apparently not interested in a PILOT agreement for the site right now.

See the webpage for it on the planning board site and the determination of need study for it here

Reccomendations 🌟 Good local Corkboards/Bulletin Board locations to post flyers?

Howdy all. Slightly niche question here, but I’m interested in potentially posting some flyers for a group I’m involved with, and a fun little side project I’m working on.

In addition to the usual online locations, does anyone know any locations around town at local businesses (coffee shops, delis, etc) or gathering places that don’t mind people posting things there? - bonus points if they get decent foot traffic or if you ever see people actually look at them.

Thanks in advance!
