New Costco Finds - to make this thread more helpful to others, please be sure to include some of the following information: specific brand name, price, item number, warehouse location or region, link on costco.com if available online, picture, section in warehouse product was found [example: frozen], etc.
If you include an image of a product in your comment, please also type out the name of the product with your comment (instead of saying "this" or "these"). Product names mentioned in comments yields better subreddit comment search results since words from images don't always show up in searches. Thank you.
Update - Starting August 1, 2023 - "Bulky Buds" (Costco Moderators) are now allowing any Availability / Inventory / Stock Questions to be posted here in this Megathread. Individual posts with stock questions will still be removed and redirected to this Megathread.
Please include your approximate location or regional (map based on Costco regions below) information so others can help you since availability can greatly vary and not all products are available nationwide.
In the event that nobody has answered your availability question here, please contact your local warehouse (call and choose to speak to "Administrative Staff" from the phone tree) or Costco Customer Service. Please have the item number you're inquiring about ready for them.
* Costco sticky rice microwavable bowl - $1 or so
* Costco salmon from a $6/off-per-package sale - $3.50 for 5 oz
* Costco avocado - I buy in bulk then freeze in globs when they’re ripe - 25 cents maybe?
* Soyaki, fried onions, furikake, sesame seeds not from Costco - maybe 25 cents?
Treat for my son after he had surgery - priceless :-)
Unfortunately, nobody puts an hour meter on any of these LEDs, but by the amount of time that has passed - the non continuous use they receive in my basement it feels like they do not really last as long as I would expect LEDs to last.
Have 5 of them. On one of them, the one sidestrip went out recently, and these are not replaceable. You either have to live with half the light or throw it out.
Now I had another one that also was 1/2 dead and thought, 'same model & part label, let me just swap the bad strip and make a good one'. Doesn't work, looks like its not the LED strip but the circuit board for the side, so actually the LEDs are all still fine.
I'm kinda tempted to return both, even though it feels a bit sketchy, but the perceived lifetime promise increases these were advertized with kind tick me off too. Funny though it doesn't show the lifetime rating on the website any more, but on the box it was rated 50000h. With the usage this should have lasted more than 10years at least.
Anybody return LED shop lights if one side goes out?
Hopefully Reddit doesn’t compress the images again.
Friendly reminder that if you purchased any of the savings book items recently, you can request a price adjustment for the difference at your warehouse if it's been within 30 days from your purchase date once the sale starts.
At my warehouse, it's at the returns counter, at other warehouses, it may be a different counter. Some warehouses may require a physical receipt, but most usually don't. But it's helpful if you have the item number.
Note: Previously "YOUR COST" items were generally NOT discounted, but looks like they’re starting to use the verbiage differently. And TVs may actually be discounted now. But not all “YOUR COST” item are always discounted.
Also remember these are NATIONWIDE sales, there may be additional local sales that are not advertised.
I'm laid up for a while and need eggs for egg salad. I can't stand much so considering these but have had hit or miss experience with pre hare boiled eggs in the past. Anyone taste them?
Update: I ordered them and some other products. They are amazing, easy, and we split 3 for the dogs and 3 for me with zero strain, literally. Thanks to yall who get it! 🫶
I am partially disabled living solo in a new state and have to make some major life changes to save my back. This post gave me some comfort. I have 3 working dogs who will also eat the eggs and need me to remain healthy. Our little family thanks you all 😊
Received an email from Costco that this upcoming Saturday 10/17/26 they will be giving out a free “exclusive” Costco Beanie when you enroll your Costco membership in Auto Renewal at any Costco warehouse.
It says the offer is valid 10/17/26 — 10/25/26 while supplies last.
I did the usual and grabbed some boxes from the empty pile by the registers to store stuff for the ride home. As I'm driving, I notice a really strong fragrance taking over the car. I thought maybe the shampoo or body wash that I bought might have leaked.
It wasn't until I got home and later put the shelf stable stuff away that I realized the strong scent was coming from this box itself. The smell transferred over to everything I had in here. It's STRONG. Jars and cans and a box of pasta. I think the other stuff is fine since it's sealed but I might have to return the pasta because I'm afraid it just absorbed all of that fragrance. The box is not exactly sealed the way the cans and jars are. Anyway, pay attention to the boxes you pick from the pile. Just wanted to share with the class!
My local Costco just started stocking Njoy parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper packets for the pizza slices. I've never seen the food court do this before. Is this a new thing or just unique to my Costco?
Bought the three piece Orbit nozzle pack and has anyone else noticed how incredibly weak the pressure is especially the full shower setting? I have an old cheap nozzy and that thing goes 3x further and stronger. Are they defective? It's the same thing with the other two nozzles.
New item found in warehouse today. Carnegie cheesecake bites. $8.49. They are delicious and I could easily finish the whole bag in 1 sitting. Be warned.
I just got back from visiting in-laws in Iowa City, Iowa and of course I had to check out their Costco. They park in a massive indoor building to keep them out of the elements. It rains often and snows quite a bit in the winter so they must be loving not having to go shopping in the bad weather.
Only thing I didn’t like was that the car exhaust was a little strong. Other than that, It rained the whole time that I was there so it was really nice not getting wet.
Edit: This is in Coralville, Iowa I thought it was Iowa city
