Here are the first images from the second story in DiGelsomina’s Warrior Angel Saga, entitled “The Bride”. The first story in the series, “Shadows of Nyarlathotep” has raised interest by combining swords and sorcery with extreme horror. Illustrations by renowned horror artist DW Frydendall, stories written by composer/horror author DiGelsomina. Both stories will be published early 2027.

Comic Art Fans lists this as "Red Sonja wraparound cover," but I wasn't able to figure out which book or comic this one belongs to.

I have been wanting to add and their memory was a bitter tree to my collection for quite some time. I made a conscience decision to purchase my copy from "Friends of The San Francisco Public Library"- Through their sales they raise monies for their library as well as fund their "Friends" book program helping to keep over 350 tons of books out of America's landfills and putting them in the hands of book lovers all over the world.
"And survivors of butchered Stygian ships named Bêlit with curses, and a white warrior with fierce blue eyes; so the Stygian princes remembered this man long and long, and their memory was a bitter tree which bore crimson fruit in the years to come."

I've been working most of this year on painting all the minis I've gathered for the Monolith Conan board game - 441 in all. I've got another 112 coming in the new Kickstarter. Anyhow I thought I'd share my work.

The first of 3 Savage Sword of Covers done by Mike Kaluta. He also did covers for issues 91 and 93, which do you think was his best?

Of course, we know Crom gives a shit for everyone. But i want to tribute this Buscema classic, with a little touch of Ken Kelly too.

Did Roy Thomas do a good job on this adaptation of the original material by Robert E Howard?

I recently watched a playthrough of Conan the Dark Axe after hearing about it for years but i never actually saw the full game. I went in expecting a generic 2004 action game, but it ended up being the most accurate and best version of Conan I’ve ever seen. Now i understand why people love the original movie, the Frazetta art, the comics, and the rest. But to me, the real Conan isn’t a ruthless barbarian, he’s a complicated character with emotions, anger, humor, and real complexity. He’s not just a “Ruthless Edgy Barbarian With Big Muscles,” and the world isn’t just “Rugged Lands with the occasional house made of weeds and trees.” It’s something more than that!
The game takes some creative liberties, but the world has that same sense of place you get from the Lord of the Rings books and films and stuff like it. Or what some people would call Real fantasy atmosphere! The music reinforces that feeling of traveling somewhere ancient, also it has open-world elements that look beautiful and almost cozy at times, while still being violent when they need to be. That’s something people forget about Conan, the world should feel ancient first and then violent second. You actually see Conan walking around, talking to people, and participating in events instead of just silently murdering everyone, and the encounters feel like they belong in a Conan story. The NPCs feel like real people too, some are weird, some are creepy, and some are strangely normal. The beginning especially feels like the start of a Conan novel, it's not an unnecessary origin story or sequel; it just feels like a Conan adventure. My only real complaint is that the gladiator tournament which has more of an edgy vibe than a historical or cultural one. It would’ve been cooler if it leaned harder into that side of the setting. What do you guys think? Did anyone else feel like this game got Conan right when most adaptations don’t?
