As a user in Collierville for the past 10 years, their ability to deliver 24x7 has fallen off dramatically. Work meetings were always fun when I was speaking, and nobody could hear me.

Does anyone remember what was in that corner spot at 3660 S Houston Levee before it was Kinnucan’s? It’s been Staks and BellyAcrss since (both also closed) but I can’t for the life of me remember what it was before Kinnucan’s. Thanks for any help!

Looking for at&t fiber users in Collierville, particular in the Green Hills subdivision.
We've been on Xfinity for many years but they seem to be having a lot of performance issues lately.
Does anyone have AT&T fiber and are you happy with it?

What is the best way to dispose of medium size appliances and electronics in Collierville? I have a broken microwave and a couple large flat panel TVs that need to go, but the trash information on the Collierville web site has no information on such items. I don't think they belong in the weekly pickups, so wondering how to dispose of these responsibly. Can I just take them to the transfer station? Any pointers please?
EDIT: I was well informed by u/Southern-Emotion7929. I put the old microwave out on the curb on our regular trash day today, and it's now gone! However, it was not picked up at the same time as the regular trash, so the collector must have a separate pickup for such items. The broken TVs are going out next week!

This is definitely a longggg shot. I accidentally dropped my engagement ring along with another band yesterday (June 27) on my way back from The Nail Parlor. This afternoon (June 28) I found the band in front of SOB but can’t find the engagement ring.
Appealing to the good samaritans of Collierville, if you’ve found a 3.2 carat three stone engagement ring anywhere on the strip mall then pls reach out to me at tiwarymedha@gmail.com.
See photo for reference.

If you live in the Memphis/Shelby County and surrounding areas and purchased a home from Regency Homebuilders, LLC, in the last 10-15 years, I would strongly encourage you to pay attention to what has recently been uncovered regarding foundation inspections and construction practices tied to our homes.
My family purchased what we believed was our semi-custom dream home in Lakeland in 2021 after investing years of savings and approximately $150,000 in upgrades on a VA Home Loan. Before closing, we repeatedly raised concerns about the amount of fill dirt being brought onto the property, the severe drainage issues we were already seeing and the honeycombing on the foundation. We specifically requested things like soil testing, grading plans, surveys, and proof of foundation inspections, but those requests were denied in writing by Regency
Since moving in, we have experienced extensive problems including:
In 2025, Shelby County’s Building Official issued a memorandum confirming that our home was constructed using an engineer’s “foundation approval letter” instead of an actual county foundation inspection, and acknowledged concerns involving excessive fill, settlement cracking, slab moisture, and improperly placed welded wire reinforcement.
What makes this even more concerning is that investigations by the Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners uncovered that the engineering Company, and “engineer” used by Regency Homebuilders LLC has been illegally operating using his deceased fathers credentials, for approximately 22 years. Our foundation is failing, we have an estimate of $260,000 just for helical piers and a non-engineer was responsible for the oversight of the now failing foundation.
At this point, I am trying to connect with other homeowners, not just in Lakeland, but throughout Shelby County and surrounding areas who may be experiencing:
I am currently assisting other homeowners with filing complaints to the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors, the Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners, and communicating with individuals connected to Consumer Protection enforcement regarding potential deceptive practices.
If you have experienced similar issues with a Regency-built home, especially involving foundations, fill dirt, drainage, engineering inspections, or structural movement please reach out. Even if you are unsure whether your issue is related, I would still encourage you to document everything and compare notes.
Sometimes what looks like “normal settling” turns out to be something much bigger.

I have a couple of small piles of loose dirt I don't need, and I was wondering if any landscapers or someone is in need of it.

Hey everyone,
We’re putting together a charity event at Stevie’s Studio & Spa (Town Square Park Shops) to support a young man who’s going through a tough journey right now. The goal is simple: show up, show support, and raise money that actually helps.
Details:
📍 102 E. Mulberry St., Collierville, TN
🗓 April 22, 2026
⏰ 11 AM – 3 PM
What’s happening:
If you’re local, it’s an easy way to do something good and maybe walk out with a spa day.
If you can’t make it, you can donate directly here:
https://gofund.me/9429b673c
Even just sharing the link helps more than you think. On platforms like GoFundMe, visibility alone can drive real donations and support.
Appreciate y’all 🤍
